BH Mobile-Friendly Site

Oh wow, after 3 weeks of trying to log in from my phone, my email & password have finally been accepted!

I actually don’t like the forums as much on the mobile friendly layout, so I tend to scroll all the way to the bottom, click on ‘view full site’ and then upload photos/comments from there. 🙂

I wasn’t able to view the new BH site on my phone properly at all and now I’ve gone back to viewing the old version and its back to normal and all’s well and I’m happy again!!!!

Looking through the forums and photos had been posted, but couldn’t be viewed on the mobile friendly layout and scrolling to the bottom of the page, saw the ‘View Full Site’ – YAY! That worked.

BH, any advice on what to do if you can’t log into the mobile site? I cannot count how many times I have tried to log in to the m-site from my phone. I have tried from the home page and forum pages and from articles, but it will not accept my email address and password. I continually get this message:

Error! You need to log in or become a member before continuing.

I’ve been loving this! I so rarely use my computer these days aside from uni work, I am on my iPhone all the way. I think BH have done an excellent job as I was always sad that in the app there was no forums/able to review products. Now I can do it all on my phone easily 🙂

Does anyone know if you can post pictures using the new mobile friendly website? Using the old version I was able to post pictures using my iphone but I don’t seem to be able to now?

I have been trying to use the BH mobile-friendly site, and it looks great on the screen on my iPhone. However, I just cannot log in to my BH account. I have tried about 15 times, I have logged in and out of my account on a PC and it works (so I know my password is ok), but I just cannot log in on the m-site!

Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi Bluerose, I’m using the mobile site from my iPhone to write this post and I have had no login issues, maybe email BH and see if they can help!
