Here it says I’ve got 380 points but still a Beauty Lover ! When are they going to update my status to Beauty Fanatic?

It’s been a while since I moved from Fanatic to Buff so I’ve forgotten if I jumped statuses automatically or if there was a lag. But like lovejane above, contact info@beautyheaven.com.au and they’ll resolve the issue for you Maria 🙂

Anyone had issues with points being added for returning to site? Mine were not added this morning.

It depends on what time it was added yesterday, for example if the +2 points were added at 4 in the afternoon you’ll get the points today once you return to the site at 4pm today as well, or anytime later than that. If you forgot what time you got the points yesterday, just check your points log 🙂

I tried that. Everything is up to date but still no change. I got no reply from email either. But all my points keep adding up normally.

It should be automatic but just in case go to your beautyheaven and just make sure that your profile is up to date and that all of the fields have been filled out and then update your info, it might do the trick.

No, you’ll be a Beauty Buff automatically when you get to the right points. You can go to ‘My Beautyheaven’ and see how many points you’ve accrued / spent since you joined & should be able to easily see if you’re eligible to be a Beauty Buff, but it hasn’t happened automatically. You can email BH staff info@beautyheaven.com.au to have them resolve the issue for you too 🙂
