Just received a newsletter so hopefully it’s been fixed now. Thanks! xx

I stopped receiving the newsletters since about June. Recently I received a few here and there (random dates) last one being 2/September. I’ve tried updating my preferences but no change. I have Outlook (formally Hotmail) and have checked my junk mail folder. Still not getting anything 🙁

every time I try to log on, I end up having to change my password, so most of the time I don’t bother, though I do try at least once a week.

do you have any ideas to help my as this has been an issue sinci I was a member

if you put your email address in the username field you will not be able to log in you must enter your username along with your password and then you will be able to log in.

I use hotmail but have still been receiving the newsletter!
