Every time I open beautyheaven I make it to the home page but any page after that or even returning to the home page comes up with 400 bad request. I’m using a laptop on google chrome, I think version 17.0.963.56.

I can’t use google chrome anymore either with BH. I contacted them and all they said was try Firefox. Google chrome works with BH on my tablet though. Kinda lame.

this happened to me too… i switched to firefox, and now it works:)

I only just worked out yesterday (after much frustration of rarely being able to access the website for weeks) that Firefox is the only way it’ll work for me. Google Chrome for some reason is not working.

Glad it’s not just me! I get that everytime I open it with Google Chrome.
I’m currently on Firefox and it works fine.

Thanks beauties I’m glad I’m not the only one! I am using Safari on the iPhone and Internet Explorer on the laptop now and it seems to be working fine :)

Hi Leanne and beauties,
I had been having this problem recently. I am not a techie person at all, but sometime’s I need to no how to fix my own problems so I googled and studied. I use IE8.
Apparently it is a miscommunication between our web addresses because they do not respect each other, happens on our favourite websites. To fix all I had to do was go into Tools, drop down box comes up, click on Delete Browsing History and cookies that have been saved that can interfere with our web addresses get deleted.
I did this and my browser is working again, if not better. The info I read said it does not matter what browser you use, it can happen to any. Just delete browsing history and it should fix the problem.

FYI, I’m using chrome on a mac and there’s no tools menu so ig you find this is the case click on chrome, Preferences, personal stuff box comes up – at the bottom it says clear browsing data, click on this and ensure browsing history and cookies are checked, then press Clear browsing data :-)

Im on a PC using firefox… last night 400 bad request page came up again, but this morning, as Sandra suggested, i deleted my browsing history and cookies and now its working again :)

Praise the lord its not just me! I’m using the laptop at the moment with internet explorer and it’s fine but safari on my ipad it hasn’t been working the past few days. I was thinking it could be something to do with the beautorium opening today :S

arhhh this just started to happen with me. I cant get to anything on bh after a few clicks as it just says 400 bad request .. soooooo frustrating !!

I was usign chrome as well and had to switch to internet explorer but I dont like using this browser.. Please fix this issue!!

Fashionista8P it happened to me the other night and it was driving me insane – in IE my beautyheaven tab disappears and then chrome started messing up, too. I cleared cookies and caches and it’s working fine now. Give that a go!!!

I had the same problem in my iphone and foundnout it was because of a software update i had done.. I removed an cleared all the cookies on my iphone browser and have not had a problen since.

I just got a very weird one.. it said “525 Bad Gateway!???” WHERE ON EARTH DID THAT COME FROM??? My computer is so messed up.. :/

What computer are you on? If you’re using Safari you just go to the Safari drop down menu in the top left hand corner and click Preferences. Then click Privacy and delete the cookie. Sorry if you’re not using Safari, then I’m not sure what you do.
I hadn’t got that message ever before either! It was sooo strange!!!
