Where do prizes from competitions come from?

So sorry for the time this has taken BH I was only curious as to where they came from and didn’t expect anyone to have to go look for it

just thought I’d jump in here to clarify how competition prizes are issued.

Winners are now notified by email, and also published on the competition landing page, which you can check a day or so after the competition has closed.

Prizes are usually sent out by us, unless stated otherwise on the entry form. Occasionally, the brand will send the prize to the winners directly (with your permission, which we request via email). You can expect to receive your prize within 6 weeks, however it will usually be a bit sooner.

In the event your parcel does not arrive, unfortunately this isn’t something bh can be held responsible for (as we don’t have excess stock to send). Parcels are sent to the address you provide at entry, or the one that’s on your member profile if you haven’t filled the form out correctly (so always ensure your profile is up to date with the correct address).

Mine was sent directly by the company, with my permission, my details were sent to the brand. i was expecting up to 6 weeks to arrive, but it came in 2.. I hope you’ll receive yours soon!

I think it varies depending on the prize… most are issued from BH directly, however I know for instance there was a recent prize where the winner was put in contact directly with the company.

I received a prize about 2 weeks ago for a competition back in July. I think the team has been extra busy lately because of mini beautorium and so many trial teams but I definitely would still do as Hayley recommends and email them.

I won a prize through BH a few months ago and it arrived virtually straight away. I’m not sure who it came through directly but was in a gift bag with a BH ribbon and review card inside. Contact BH and let them know it hasn’t arrived. Mine was delivered by a courier service, not through Australia Post.
