I would LOVE to trial a discovery bag but I miss out because I live in New Zealand 🙁 Oh well, at least I’m a part of BH. Everything about BH is GREAT!

My Rosehip oil’s tamper proof seal didnt crack and the oil was rancid. Eugh! Unusable, unfortunately. My skin is also so sensitive and I have very fair hair and skin that I cant try the bleach. You think Beautyheaven would have checked my profile before selecting me for this trial team… Fortunate and thankful for being selected all the same.

*Noosim,* are you sure the rosehip oil was rancid – the only reason I’m asking is because I can’t stand the smell of many rosehip oils. I agree with the other beauties that you should email BH.

I have a rosehip oil from another brand and it smells much nicer. And i have already sent them an email, But they never responded, and I also highlighted this on their Facebook page, with no response either.

Noosim, please don’t rely on bh to read your forum message and respond. You really need to email them and explain exactly what has happened, regardless of it being after the trial date, or you may jeopardize any chance you have in the future of being asked to trial products.
