Trial Team FAQ

Good afternoon BHers.

I am making this as a sort of FAW for the trial team.

Primarily I am most concerned that I have NOT received my package in the mail and my review is due on Monday. As such, I have emailed Vanessa but I am worried that as I cannot put in a review I will be removed from the trial team as per the rules of failing to provide a review.

Has this happened to anyone and what did you do to rectify it?

    I’m guessing it’s the Lady Jane review? Mine only arrived on Thursday so maybe check with your local post office and see if it’s there waiting for you? I’m not sure where you live obviously but sometimes because I live in an apartment they forget to leave a card when I have to pick things up from the post office.

    It has happened to others not receiving their parcels and if you sent an email, Vanessa and BH will know that you can’t review if you haven’t got the parcel.
