Project 50 Pan

My current project pan! I’ve had these items for quite some time and using them all up and going on a makeup ban. I’ll use up all my stash first and will only buy items if I ran out and only natural or organic makeup which I’ve been practicing for months now. I will still enter giveaways or contests and that’s my only exemption for non toxic products.

Items on the project pan:
Lancome palette – lippie is almost gone, blushes on their way, eye shadows are the worst I’ve tried ( color payoff is very poor)
Natio mineral pressed powder bronzer – container is huge so may take some time but application is very light so requires several application which is good in this case
Benefit Lemon Aid – already pass the shelf life and just using it up but not a good eye primer
Lanolips in Dark Honey – using it at home and not a fan of the shade
Neon Cosmetics Satin eye pencil in brown – have been my go to everyday eye liner and almost finished
Satin lippie in Shade 10 – almost forgot I have this and may just chuck it out soon. Can’t believe I was okay using a lippie that reaks of chemicals!
Rimmel lippie in Drop of Sherry – have been forgotten but it’s a nice shade

I hate wastage. If I break any of my pressed powder, I think I will put it in my dry canister of my Vitamix to turn it into a powder lol.

Well done Emmy and chunkymonkey! I’ve never done a project 10 or 50 but I think I’ll post some photos of products I’ve finished. It’s such a bittersweet feeling to completely use up a product.

The second half.

I finally finished my Project 50 Pan last month and I’m really proud of myself 🙂 There’s too many to list so I just took a couple of pics.

Here’s the first half. It won’t add up to 25 as I threw some away, couldn’t find it or reused the packaging.

March pan includes 12 products totaling 8 points 🙂 39 products down but 24.25 points.

As I mentioned in my last post, I had been doing this without documenting it. Now that it’s a new year, I have been. I haven’t been keeping the empties but since I’ve seen some pics on the thread I think I will. At the end of each month I’ll take a pic of the empties and that should serve as extra motivation. I’m counting sample sized products as 1/4 of a full size. I intend on getting to 50 before buying any more products, UNLESS I run out of something (ie just about to run completely out of facial moisturiser). Only one more day until I can put up my January list 🙂
