IMPORTANT NOTICE ON SITE MAINTENANCE

Hi beauties!

Just a heads up that beautyheaven will be undergoing site maintenance tomorrow morning (Thursday) from 7am which will hopefully be completed by early afternoon. While you will still be able to browse and search the site, unfortunately you won’t be able to login, comment on articles/in the forum or submit reviews during this time.     I’m on desktop using Chrome. I’m getting multiple notifications for the same forum thread in my Message Box.

    Have found the site to be extremely slow for over a week now, has taken forever to get to the stage to reply to this. Am just about to give up on the BH site. don’t have time to waste spending ages for it to change screens or even be able to log in to the site. Can someone fix this please, very frustrating. BH is virutally unusable at the moment.

    Issues I’m having:

    • The site is still not secure. (I spoke about that in another thread, so won’t waffle on here.) This factor alone is really putting me off coming to BH, which is hard given that I’m relying on it for news regarding the upcoming event.

    • Taking forever to log in even when I do get a secure connection (which usually happens if I’ve clicked on a supplied link from BH).

    • Taking forever to move from “Latest” into any topic.

      Seashells Firefox has a tendency to mark sites as not secure if the security certificate used by websites is unknown to it.
      Of course everyone should be cautious on entering secure info on the internet.
