homeheaven – new sister site to beautyheaven

It’s so nice to see all the lovely messages in here. It’s fun and busy all at the same time with the two sites. Caitlin was a busy bee allocating these whilst helping prep for beautorium. Just letting you know we have contained most of the spam on hh now and put some great measures in place to avoid it occurring, so it should be much more enjoyable. We will continue to implement and test a few more measures to ensure this doesn’t happen in the future. Hope you have a lovely long weekend!

I feel a bit awful to say this, but I haven’t visited HH for a while, cos the spam was driving me insane I’m sure it must be frustrating for the HH too. I must get back into visiting often. It’s a great site and I want to support it and see it succeed.

Yes, it was terrible for a while with all the spam. It seems to have settled down though (hopefully I’m not talking too soon!).

Chicklet, thanks for the brilliant idea to have a ‘General Discussion’ section on HH. The HH team just added it to the forum 🙂 Yay! Hopefully the HH community will quickly feel like a family, just like BH.

Yeah I’ve been staying away because of the spam too Rose, I think BH and HH need to implement a level requirement for those that can post at will and all other new threads or posts should require moderation until they reach that level, I know it would make for more work on their end but it would also make for a better user experience.
