Gold status changed to silver

I have been gold for ages and have sent a email to be put up to platinum but i havent heard back from anyone.

Back to Silver again 🙁
Beth, I think the system need to be update.

Same here. Mine is Gold. Email sent to Beth. Hope to get back my gold status soon.

Happened to me too, so I sent them an email about it…… Thankfully it was resolved!!!!

Not for me I am still silver should be gold:( I even sent an email yesterday to link provided!

I am 50 points over 750 so i should now be in gold, but it still says i am a silver member.

To help streamline the process for fixing your individual status’ in the meantime, please send an email to info@beautyheaven.com.au (if you haven’t already) with your username and previous status level. We will then fix them manually.

Rest assured this definitely won’t happen in subsequent beautoriums – going forward, your status level will remain (regardless of points spent).
