Experiences with website Look Fantastic?

Actually, I think the 60 days is probably how long you would have to wait before they would consider it a lost parcel and initiate a replacement or refund.

But speaking of lookfantastic, has anyone else (CherryBlossom :)) ordered their August beauty box? I haven’t ordered one in a few months because the products weren’t really appealing to me, but I did order one this month. 30ml Eve Lom cleanser with muslin cloth alone is worth the cost of the box!

I’ve ordered from Look Fantastic several times and my order arrived in about three weeks. They probably say sixty days to cover themselves just in case there are unforeseen problems with the delivery. Also, different countries have different delivery times.

I’ve only ordered from them once and it took about 4 weeks which is a little on the slow side but I’m happy to wait it it saves me $$$ 🙂

I know my Mum has ordered from them before (standard delivery as far as I’m aware w/out tracking), it took about 3-4 weeks for the parcel to arrive from memory. I think they give these times as a rough estimate.

I’ve ordered from them (thanks for recommending Lucrecia!), and my order arrived in about 3 weeks and I had ordered a one off beauty box which arrived on time as well.

I hope yours arrives soon as per normal timings. Are you able to track it at all?

It doesn’t take 60 days, they just say that as a very outside estimate. You should have received a dispatch email though. I always do. Were you able to confirm that they did indeed dispatch your order? If so, it takes approximately 2-3 weeks from dispatch to receive your order. I’ve never had an order take more than 3 weeks.
