BeautyHeaven made me buy it!

I too second everyone who has mentioned how reviews on here have eliminated poor purchases & saved me $$. At the same time, finding out about a lot of incredible products on here has had me spending plenty of $$, but at least I’m spending on quality products!

One product that definitely jumps out as a BH made me buy it is Dermalogica’s Microfoliant. There’s always been plenty of articles, forum posts & reviews singing its praises. Once I tried it, I knew why there was so much hype.

Also Burt’s Bees Cuticle Butter, and Avene thermal spring water spray are staples I discovered here. Plus MNY Colour Tattoo eyeshadows

I honestly don’t know how I use to cope without bh, every time I’m thinking about buying new skincare or beauty products I always read bh reviews! I don’t buy new products now without reading bh reviews first (unless I have family or friends who have tried certain products). I am the same as you petal bh has saved me a lot of money on products I thought were amazing but apparently were not which has spared me the expense. As someone who also has very sensitive skin I really rely on reviews of others experiences.

I would like to say thank you to everyone that has written a review on BH for a rubbish product that I was about to buy. You have saved me from wasting money.

Well, through the wonderful advice on another thread, I bought a whole bunch of hair products that stopped me from being brassy, and now my hair has normalised!

Today I bought Chamomile Cleansing balm which I blame Caroline Hirons for but I blame BH for getting me onto Caroline Hirons… haha!

Oh and also Glasshouse candles, BH introduced them to me, and same with Circa candles which I found out thru HH. I really wouldn’t have bothered to find out about them otherwise.

Such a great thread. My list will be super long as I hardly buy anything without reading reviews on BH first. Also when people suggest items in forums or inform me that there are sales on it’s tempting to buy products and at times I don’t need them.

This site I think has cost me and saved me equal $ cost me cos I keep reading that damn discounts/gwp thread and the reviews/trial teams lol. It’s saved me plenty though because often I have found someone who kindly reviews with their age/skin/hair type and I’ve been able to avoid some prods that I thought would be good but turns out the majority say no. Would love BH to have the same thing Priceline does with the age, eye, hair, skin etc details of reviewers but then maybe that would make me stalk and buy more 🙂
