A new bh is coming

Anyone keep getting this error recently when erasing notifs?

The problem with “Hot Topics” has been raised a few times on this thread, however it hasn’t functioned since it was reintroduced. I emailed Beth @ bh about this recently & she says this has been flagged for Andy (techie). Keep checking “Hot Topics”, the problem should be fixed soon! Beth will update me, but I’m going to keep an eye open too. Good news!

It took me 5 days to get my reviews recently posted. Give it time. I’m sure there busy and its the weekend, doesn’t count lol

Does anyone else have reviews pending for a few days now? I submitted some reviews a few days ago, but they have yet to be published, while I can see on the front page that there are more recent reviews by others which have already been published.

I’ve emailed beautyheaven but haven’t received a reply yet!

I’ve been having troubles the last few days with “Latest”. Since “Hot Topics” isn’t functional, I usually go to about page 7 of “Latest”, then either go forward or backward until I catch up with the previous day, then I work my way down to page 1 of “Latest”. For the past few days, I can’t get past page 2. Clicking “Previous” doesn’t get me past page 2, same for when I click “First” or “1”. Sometimes I get thrown to page 4 or 6, sometimes I stay on page 2. The only way I can get to page 1 is by closing all the pages & coming back later.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I was o/seas when they new site went live & not online much for a few weeks. I really didn’t think to double check my info had all crossed over correctly since until this week, and was really surprised to find a whole, major section ie makeup was showing as something I had no interest in. Explains why my trial offers since the new site have had not a single makeup product! Which is unusual, I’ve done foundation, mascara, lip and other trials over the years. And why, even when I’ve been in super quick for a DB, I was never selected. Fingers crossed I’ll get some more opportunities now I’ve fixed it

Not sure if it’s been mentioned in here before, but I found out that the PROFILE I had on the old site didn’t transfer across 100% properly. I only found out about it this week when I took the time to go through my profile & was surprised how wrong it was.

ie areas I love ie Makeup had not a single tick in a single section for me & other areas were missing ticks in areas & items I was interested in too.

I have been on some trials since the new site, so it’s not affected me too badly – that said, I’m sure it’s affected my chances of being on anything makeup related and even discovery bags, which always have makeup, as my profile looked like I had no interest in this area. How wrong!

I’ve now fixed my profile, but wanted to make sure other members are aware of this transition issue. I remember reading on the BH Trial thread that some members hadn’t had any trial offers since the new site – it could be your profile is incorrect, like mine was, if your trial offers have slowed a lot or stopped, well worth checking it

I’m not sure if anyone will be able to remember this, however on the previous site per our personal page, weren’t we able to hit the links where we responded to a forum / post / review and it was hyperlinked?

Please bh: fix “Hot Topics”!

I missed a single day on the forum & I had to go back 17 pages of “Latest” to catch up! It used to average less than a single page of “Hot Topics” a day, so a missed day meant maybe a page & a half.

It’s taking so long to get “Hot Topics” functional again. 🙁

When I log on I’ve got to go back an average of 7 pages of “Latest” to catch up to where I was the day before. It was rarely more than a single page of “Hot Topics”.

EDIT: I’m groaning. I love the implements which have been made. Thanks BH!
