best tinted moisturiser?

i find tinted moisturisers good because if you get a bit of real sun they tend to blend well and look real natural, however ive heard some streak and look more orange than others… eg) there is dove, johnson&johnson, nivea etc… ive just started using a le tan one… which do you use and what are the pros and cons?

I just reviewed the Innoxa one. I’m not sure if BH have published it yet. In short, it’s a good one for medium skins that are on the dry side. My oily, fair skin was not overly impressed with it unfortunately.

I haven’t really found a TM that I like. Although Skitzkitty is tempting me to try that Aveeno one! There are BB Creams that I’m fond of though – Sunplay Silky is great, and Missha Perfect Cover was also quite good. I think I might try Skin79 ones next!

Does anyone know what the Aveeno one is like compared to the Garnier BB cream? I have thee BB cream too and I quite like it but sometimes I wonder if its a bit too… yellow… for my skintone and I’m wondering ig the Aveeno one is a bit more pink based…
Sorry if thats a stupid question, I just want to know before I buy it as its a bit expensive (for me anyway haha)

I was actually really surprised by the Aveeno – I got both shades for a BH Trial Team review. They’re both really nice, I set them with a mineral finishing powder and they last all day. They give a nice glow to the skin. I need to use a bit of bronzer with the light shade but the medium is perfect.

The Garnier is awful on me though, greasy, no coverage, doesn’t last, and won’t set even with a decent powder. By the looks of the reviews I’ve seen, people with very dry skin seem to like it.

I stumbled on to the Innoxa Tinted moisturiser and I’m SOOOO glad I did. Got it in GWP from Priceline, the GWP marked light. I’ve got quite fair skin and this blends so well.I also have trouble finding foundations. I’ve done a review if you’re interested.
The Aveeno that I’ve referred to earlier on this thread ended up disappointing me – no idea why but as I got down a bit in the tube it started changing colour. I shook the tube before each application.
The Innoxa tube looks fairly small but it is really economical as you only need such a small amount. AND it has SPF15 too. My skin is combination, pretty normal except for slight oiliness on T zone. Hope this helps,BeautyPuff.

Thanks for that rec Trish, I’ll keep my eye out next time I’m in Priceline =) If it wasn’t for your review I probably wouldn’t have bothered as beige isn’t usually a colour I’d associate with fair skin! Sounds like it is quite sheer and blendable though so hopefully there’s a tester I can have a play around with.

I’ve been looking for a tinted moisturiser to use during the week for work rather than using liquid foundation and Bobbi Brown and Laura Mercier keep popping up during my searches. Does anyone have experience with TMs in either of these brands? I’m fairly pale and have a hard enough time finding a foundation to match my skin!

The best I’ve used thus far was ASAP’s one.

If all else fails just mix a light moisturiser with your foundation!

I like Dove’s tinted moisturiser (though I think it only comes in the one shade) but my favourite is probably Nivea’s.

I am using Garniver BB Cream and Nivea tinted moisturiser.

Between these 2, I prefer bb Cream as it is much lighter in texture than tinted moisturiser.
But I would recommend you to go for an Asian brand BB cream as it works best.

I love Garnier BB Cream, too. It’s light and not sticky on my face.

I personally prefer bb cream to tinted moisturizer, but I have terribly oily and blemish prone skin.

I’m with you on that, Captain Dan! As a recent convert to Garnier BB cream I would say that you really have to find a bb cream that is suitable for your particular skin type to be happy with the result.
