Iv heard of ponds to be good i have yet to try it

Thanks for the advise. I guess it is alright if I use Ponds which has the brightening effect. It might have a side effect that is why it is not legal here.I just wonder as to why Asian countries have it especially China when I went there.

Yeah man, those things are so dodgy.
I saw a show once, about a Thai woman who used too many bleaching products on her face and now her skin is permanently scarred with white blotches everywhere. She’s constantly in pain and she can’t even go out in the sun because her skin is that sensitive.

Like Dee said, If you want them, Indian and Asian grocery stores have them. Also, they sell ‘brightening/whitening’ BB cream in The Face Shop

I don’t think it’s legal here – there are some really dodgy chemicals in those things. Having said that, I’ve seen them in Indian and Asian grocery stores, so you could try looking there.
