When is the time start using anti-ageing products?

I have seen many of my age 20-25 friends who are using anti wrinkle and Retinol in their skin care regime. I am someone who is 29 years old and still have not incorporate any anti-ageing products into my skincare routine. Do you guys start your anti ageing products when you are 30 or younger?

Sunscreen, antioxidants, drink plenty of water.

    Retin A – maybe on your 30’s.

I think it totally depends on the product. If we are talking about general anti-aging / antioxidant products, then anytime is a good time.
Moisturizing creams are a great idea anytime as well. By using them before any skin problems arise, you can delay the signs of aging quite effectively.

Late teens is the best time to start with some anti ageing cream as if you look closely at the ingredients they are just basically well formulated moisturisers so you do want to give your skin the benefit of antioxidants, cell communicating ingredients , emollients etc etc

So what types of anti aging products do you ladies use? I am 26 and haven’t really found anything that suits yet. So suggestions would be appreciated. I have a few lines on my forehead which have appeared overnight but nothing around my eyes or anything.

I apply skin doctors-relaxaderm maybe 3 times a week at night when my skin needs a boost, try dr.lewwins facial hydration masks as they moisture and do amazing things for your skin and fine lines. And products from medik8 are fantastic and serums. Last ones are rosehip oil and tea tree oil, I feel like these organic gems have improved the texture of my skin, feels re hydrated, has improved any signs of scars and my rosecea.

Im almost 32 next month and ive incorporated new and organic products such a oils snd serums, though i started using skin care maybe in my mid to late 20’s i wish I was more aware of what products to choose from. I still get peoole people asking for id as they cant believe im almost 32. Drinking plenty of water helps, try cutting out certain sugars in your food intake as I think we cant rely to iimprove our skin care soley on skin care products.

I started using anti aging products at 19 because I wanted to prevent wrinkles from coming. The retinol based products also helped with my acne a bit so that was another reason I used them. Now I have moved on to prescriptions – not because I need to but because I just cannot bear to not take early precautions.

I also avoid the sunlight as much as possible, apply sunscreen daily and am looking to incorporate other known potent anti aging ingredients into my skincare routine.

I get carded at bars all the time. They think I’m 18 or younger – but its also coz I’m at a low weight right now. =/

I reckon it’s never to early to start. No one wants to end up like this…..

drink plenty of water, get enough sleep, exercise, fresh air and eat properly. Try to find the time to relax each day, wear sunscreen ( on your hands and arms too). Whilst I don’t look 21 anymore, I still look 10 years younger than what I am.

I hate the term “anti” why is it anti= sorry but you are going to age regardless of what you do. You will get older. However you can look good and younger
I dont think that the term anti- is really that great.
But in terms of what to use I think a great serum, spf every single day, look after yourself from the inside and a good hydrating cream. every day from as soon as you are alive lol
