What’s your number 1 skin tip?

One tip – that makes things tricky! You need to always apply sunscreen – every, single, day.

I have a few. But the NO.1 is wear sunscreen every single day. I mean it, even when you just go out to take the garbage.

Don’t forget your neck, hands and chest everyday. Take all products you use all the way down.. spreading and rubbing.
Put sunscreen on these areas and your hands. These areas age quickly and show your true age.

Treat your skin gently! I was struggling with hormonal acne, congestion and blackheads and nothing was helping. I switched to using Cetaphil and my skin has really improved.

I don’t think they sell Stridex pads in Australia, i’ll have to source online! 🙂

Try stridex pads to clear up acne, blackheads and sebaceous filaments. I buy the max strength ones and they have changed my skin so much!

Oily skin beauties; DONT FEAR OILS!!!! Oils are actually amazing for oily skin as it tricks the skin into thinking it does not need to continue producing oils.

I have sensitive, dry skin so I just make sure I prime and protect my skin in the morning with a serum, moisturiser and sunscreen then heavy duty moisturise it at night making sure I keep my skin balanced as much as possible.
When I slack my skin goes back to dry and red patches!

Always moisturise. It does not matter if your skin is dry or oily, young or old always ensure it is kept supple with moisture, if it makes your face oilier you haven’t found the right one for you.
