This is a great initiative. Sharing your skin problems and many suggestions can really give a lot of options which will suit your skin. Hyperpigmentation is a common problem along with clogged skin and black heads. Steam can be used to open up pores and use a nice scrub to clean out the pores, after you wash it off, you can use ice to close the pores again after cleaning. These don’t cost you anything and can really help your skin.

I’ve got a super scary under the skin pimple coming up – I don’t tend to get pimples and certainly not scary huge blind ones! (I have those delightful little forehead bumps instead). I’ve just switched up my skincare routine, swapping to Paula’s Choice from Proactiv, but only in cleanser, toner and bha liquid, haven’t switched moisturisers yet. Pleeeease tell me this is my skin clearing and purging and possibly a reaction to stopping proactiv, and not because the Paula’s Choice was a Bad Choice!

I have very dry skin and need some face cream, I don’t have any clue what to use anymore. Any suggestions? Also can I buy them online? I never have the time to go out and buy anything.
thanks
Have you tried a good face serum to moisturize your skin? try to stick to a all natural products though, most product out in the market have additives and chemicals and tend to dry out your skin…

I think following a regular skincare routine will help with most of the skin care related issues.. but you have to be strict and be patient with it though… I recently went on a skincare chemical detox and threw out all my products with additives and chemicals and bought a whole set of natural skincare products.. the thing is You don’t need dozens of products, just stick to a good cleanser, toner and a moisturiser and do it every morning and night..
Also a good natural face oil or a serum is a really good addition to your skincare regimen.. There are so many out in the market lately, I have seen some in Priceline or there are few good brands online too… At the moment I’m trying Crushed Pepper brand and so far I’m happy with the results… If you can find Rose hip oil, it’s also meant to be good for your skin.. -

I have always suffered from congestion and redness. I have managed to tame my blemishes by literally throwing out all of the products I owned with chemicals in them as they were obviously doing my skin more harm then good. I am in need of recommendation of a product that can help clear out my congested pores, I use Sukin’s DermaSukin Daily Cleansing Wash and Lush’s Parsley Porridge Soap with Rosehip Oil while face is still damp. You would think that would be enough but I still need something (on the natural side) to help tackle those annoying tiny little spots on my cheeks, chin and forehead!
