Skincare ingredients during pregnancy

Hi everyone. I was looking at my sunscreen ingredients, deodorant ingredients and they all either have octyl salicylate, benzyl salicylate. Are those ingredients safe to use during pregnancy? Its probably a silly question to ask lol.

I reported Lin294’s post as spam. I have seen this person post spam about several companies on the threads for quite some time e.g. Monsia, Pro Naturals, Karmin Hair Tools. I also reported Winter393’s post as spam.

You should avoid chemicals as much as you can during pregnancy specially but i decided 6 years ago to remove all chemicals from my everyday routine, you should think about it

It is generally recommended that you avoid all products which contain the world Salicylate.. Benzyl Salicylate, Salicylic Acid etc. Salicylates are also the major ingredient in aspirin.

    Hi All,
I have been using Electric Body Skin Elixir which is free from all the bad stuff/filles and is all ingredients and mainly colostrum. Incredibly active.
Best stuff I have ever used ever!!!. Can’t recommend enough.

I am 35 weeks on Saturday and I have been slightly more conscious. I am using Akin cleanser and eye cream and Trilogy serum, oil and day cream. I have avoided dying my hair with normal dye and have been using Lush’s henna dye.

I haven’t changed too many things just not using harsh wrinkle creams with retinol in it or harsh dyes.

I am almost 37 weeks. I kept to my normal skin care, sunscreen and Deodorant. But I avoided deodorant as much as I could.
