Has anyone tried this Skin Physics photon LED Photo Rejuvenation System? I’m wondering if it is similar to Omnilux or completely different.

Looks like nobody’s heard of this?! Ummm, I’m replying to myself here – that’s not a good sign!!! Especially when they cost $300!

I bought one and have been using it for about a week. They say it takes about 8 weeks to get optimal results but I have already seen a huge improvement in my skin.
The kit includes a cleanser, activating serum and night cream. I really love the night cream and my skin feels so soft after using it

Thanks Sharni123! I was beginning to think I was the only one who’d heard of this.
Do you mind if I ask if you bought yours from Myer or over the net or somewhere else. It doesn’t seem to be widely available at the moment.

It’s very encouraging to hear that it works as they say it does. Keep me posted! : )

I bought mine over the phone after reading about it in Body & Soul. I think that it has only just launched but I did see it in Myer on the weekend. They also had another brand of LED which cost $495 but did not look anywhere near as good as the Skin Physics LED.

Hi softness, I just bought one on their website. I used coupon code -BODYTRIMSP05 and got the kit for $213.95 inc. shipping. This is a limited code to 250 kits. I’m looking forward to see how it works.
Cheers

Hi Girls & Happy New Year!

I just saw the Skin Physics Photo Rejuvenation System & REALLY want to buy it….however I need to get it from David Jones (gift money to use up at their store) & they don’t seem to stock it :(
Am really hoping they do soon.

Can anyone tell me how it works / how to use and if it runs off batteries or is mains charged?
How often do they suggest you use it to see results?

I’m very interested to hear back from others who are using it regularly to know if it’s worthwhile buying or just another gimmick?

Can people keep giving feedback on how they’re getting on with it – pretty please!

Also – is Body & Soul a magazine? Where can it be purchased from – I don’t recall seeing it anywhere….I’ll have to keep an eye out!

Cheers :)

Thank you Xpressiv for that discount code – I’ve just tried & it works, so I’ve also ordered myself a kit to try out! It’s on back order according to the website, so hopefully it’ll be shipped sooner rather than later – fingers crossed.

Would you be able to tell me where you saw / got the code from?

Can’t wait to get it now & see if it’s worth the money over the next few months…..the dreaded freckles on my face are getting worse with the summer sun, despite sunscreen…..I’m now wearing a hat when out n about!

Will do – order is still showing as pending :(
Seems they don’t have stock presently but give no indication as to when they will……wish they’d hurry up or at least notify customers of an approximate timeframe.
I want to get started with it!!

I’ve received mine today so yours should be with you soon MsCosmetics. (I had a pending order too. I think they were waiting for new stock to arrive from the US or something.) Can’t wait to start using it – it’s on the charger at the moment.

Yep okay I will! My hubby was a willing guinea pig last night – he had a go first on his balding spot to see if it will help him! Believe me, I didn’t encourage him – he took it and started using it! I wonder what effect it will have on him in the long run (yes, he intends to keep using it!).

I used it today after reading the instructions last night (there is a good amount of detailed instruction which I find good because I like to read about the ins and outs of things). I did find it left my skin with a glow and youthfulness that it was lacking before I used it. It says on the instructions that you’ll notice a change after the first go, and it’s true – I definitely did. : ) Yes I’ll keep you posted as to how it keeps on going with me (and my hubby!!).

Hi Everyone!

Thanks Xpressiv I also used the code and got mine today. I am really happy with the results after just one session and it is really impressive!

I’m just wondering though did anyone else get a message with their invoice about being charged to be in the Bodytrim Club? I didn’t realise using the code would also sign me up for that. Do you think it is an auto message or am I about to be charged for that now?

Help please! :)

Thanks!

I am really happy with my first session too – I only used it for 16 minutes instead of the required 20-30 minutres, but still I noticed an improvement. ( My hubby’s hair hasn’t grown back yet though!!)

That’s great Softness! LOL – is it meant to encourage hair growth? I hope not – if we’re using it on our faces ha!
Damnit – am I the only one who hasn’t got it yet then? I checked online – seems it’s been posted – just haven’t received yet – hopefully it’ll turn up on wednesday – YAY something to look forward to!

I’ve just spent all last week with evil gastro, had to take prescription pills to stop it, so after starving & dehydrating myself for days, I’m not looking my best now :( Hopefully when it arives it’ll perk up my complexion a bit.

Bodytrim eh……curious. I most definitely have not authorised payment for anything other than the goods purchased & will be keeping an eye on my statement to take up with the credit card company if any further charges appear. I don’t think they can just decide to take payment for something else – especially if there’s no evidence of you actually giving permission for the charges. Imagine if that were an industry standard – it would be a free for all out in cyber world! ;)

(Ok – bit of research later & IGEA Life Sciences Pty Limited s the parent company of both the Body Trim Program & Skin Physics. I certainly haven’t authorised payment for a dvd & recipe book based on low carb, high protein diet – which is what that’s all about!)

Keep up with the feedback Girls – really want to hear if it’s worth the money.

Cheers!

Ok thanks we prob should keep an eye on our card just in case! lol!

Meanwhile re the Photon I have had a second go and have experienced some stinging on a couple of parts of my face when I used the serum and then abit of redness (like sunburn). Also some dry patches but after about 24 hours it has died down. I’m hoping it is just a form of exfoliation maybe to do with the serum? Might wait a bit longer yet before doing third session to give face a rest.

Hi girls,

I STILL haven’t got it :( Not impressed!
Can you let me know how it was sent – via what method? Was it delivered via courier or Australia Post recorded mail – did you need to sign for it?

I’ve emailed them with an enquiry as to how much longer it will be – but no response.
I think it’s pretty crap service – since they’ve charged the money for it some time ago.

I got mine via signed for post. They took the money about a week before it arrived so not too long. Hope yours arrives soon. MsCosmetics did they just take the money for the device? I am still paranoid I’m going to end up paying for something else because of the code I used :/

I got mine about a week ago via a signed post delivery. I’m not far from Sydney so maybe postage was pretty quick to me. It may depend upon where you live and the local postage system there.

I hope you get yours soon MsCosmetics.

I’ve rung them to find out about that club thingy on the invoice and he assured me that it was fine and that I wasn’t in the club which I was relieved about. Sounds like it may have been just a standard invoice or something like that. He was very helpful and polite and easy to speak with. I’d probably give them a call if I was you MsC just to put mind at rest – that’s what I did and everything is fine.

With regards to the LED Photon I’m really happy. I have had positive results and all I feel is a bit of warmth sometimes. I am using sunblock constantly (except at night!!) and I’ve used it three times now (as required by the instructions to do so in the first week) and I’m getting more and more used to it and confident with it’s ‘beeps’ and symbols etc! I think I will end up loving this gizmo! My daughter came in the room a couple of nights ago after I’d used it and said that I looked 25, so she noticed something different (she later changed her opinion to 27 which was still okay with me!). My hubby has also noticed a difference.

Ok thanks that is a relief re the invoice! ;)

I am going to use mine for the third time tomorrow. I have a meeting for lunch so thought I might not do it until after that just in case I get any more redness, not that is was anything major, just want to be careful :)

Hi everyone, this is my first foray into this forum and I really wanted to join in to discuss the Skin Physics Photon discussions. I purchased mine just over a week ago through Body & Soul (lift out in Sunday paper) and paid 214.95 incl. P&H which is great as I was quoted 349.00 if I chose to keep it after 90 days trial, payable then. I was actually charged up front and when spoke to Body trim, they said I was given the wrong info but it does say in print that I would’nt be charged, but as it is way cheaper than anticipated, I don’t mind. Well so far I am liking it and have used it 4 times, am thinking I can see a slight difference but at 48, have quite deep wrinkles on my forehead and around eyes and mouth and neck so perhaps I will need the 90 days!! My husband has rosacea and thinks it might be helping. Please keep up your opinions as I look forward to hearing that it is helping you all.
