I had a bad breakout a couple of months ago, the key really is as hard as it is, not to squeeze/pick/aggravate the spot! I went and purchased some Clearasil acne gel and the spot reduced dramatically over night and was gone in a couple of days. I tried witch hazel too but it did not help as well as I thought it might.

I’ve read using a warm compress can help draw the pimple to the surface

Why do you keep coming back here to spruik for your online company?
Do you seriously think we find it helpful?
I live within walking distance of Chemist Warehouse – you probably haven’t heard of them, they’re a National AUSTRALIAN discount chemist. They’re in every state!
Or there’s Priceline – another national AUSTRALIAN chemist chain.
Do you seriously think we’re going to post our prescriptions to your company, pay for them in foreign currency with all of the relevant charges, then pay for international postage instead of going to our local damn chemist, paying with our credit cards or cash in our Australian currency? If those on this forum live in a remote area, don’t you think we’d go online to an AUSTRALIAN website, pay in AUSTRALIAN dollars & pay local postage rates?

    Hello Misfortune8,

I had a friend who had bad acne. So I contacted a holistic skin care formulator named Halka Beseda from Perth, Western Australia who advised my friend to try the following:

Halka Beseda says: “You can use our cleansing oil to cleanse in the following way:

Massage all over face and leave on for a while, have a shower or brush your teeth or have a cuppa. This action will draw from deep within the skin any impurities and works highly anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial. What happens is that it all draws to the top of the pores and sits there. As we don’t use any surfactants or any foaming agents, you will need to remove it from the pores utilising a face cloth.

Warm the face cloth under warm water and cover your face with it, do that a couple of times. This opens the pores and loosens anything that is being trapped/drawn. Then gently wipe your face with it in upwards motion as your pores open slightly towards up.

Then, I would use the black cumin seed oil or a blend of Moroccan Argan and Black Cumin Seed Oil as a moisturiser.

For scarring we usually recommend a touch of Tamanu oil which seems to heal them beautifully and relatively quickly.

We also recommend our cleansing oil for oily skin as spot treatments to leave on over night or utilise a little bit of Tamanu with Kunzea and Blue Cypress (many young people have this little blend with them and put it on a couple of times a day).

Please contact me should you have any questions. Our cleansing oil for oily skin has been the slowest product to walk off our shelfs and has now become one of our best sellers due to many happy customers.

So, please do talk to us about your skin and hopefully, we can find a solution to work with it too.

Be gentle to your skin, no need for anything harsh as this often only aggravates the problem.

    Hali”

I’ve tried a few of HALKA B. Organics products which I wrote about here:

There are other all natural skin care products that are formulated to treat acne. These products are made and shipped from overseas. So if you would like more information please let me know.

Please stay clear of makeup. But if you really have to wear it, try RMS Beauty Uncover Up:

Stay clear of alcohol, cigarettes, sports drinks, soft drinks and all processed foods including white flour and sugar etc. The more of a natural diet for you the better.

    Take care,

Thanks for replying, but the post you’ve replied to isn’t from me.
I’ve been getting very annoyed at finding you on every thread, but I know you’re new. I saw you had posts from Oonga & Zaralis informing you that’s not the way we work. I’ve been with BH for years, but I’ve only been on the forum for a short time too, I’ve never started a thread though. Those with blogs have a Just Blogged thread, there are lots of BH regulars with their own blogs, mostly beauty/health related.
    We hate spam here!
Welcome if you’re a beauty lover, which I think you are. Please look at the forum & it’s current threads before you start a new one.

Diet as a cause of pimples has been disproven.

First of i do like to say do not take to much of stress as stress is one of the biggest reason for acne and pimples. Before you for any type of treatment you need to know cause of your acne, then only you can treat it well, but by making few change in your like style and diet, you can treat this problem with ease.
You need nutritious diet with includes fruits such as blueberries, grapefruit, apples and peaches, vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli and spinach, nuts and seeds such as flax seeds and pumpkin seeds, carrots and carrot juice, fiber-rich food as these food includes lots of vitamins, minerals and fibers.
You can take Vitamin e suppliments which works as antioxidant protection and reduces acne and marks caused due to acne. Vitamin E helps prevent oils trapped in the pores from becoming rancid and hardened. This preventative action lowers the chances of having inflamed, painful acne lesions. However, vitamin E reaches the surface layer of the skin via oil secretion from the pores.
Avoid foods which are rich in carbohydrates like white flour and sugar, french fries, peanut butter and burgers, junk food, processed food.

In addition to this if you wish you can use creams like Ratino A cream or Kojic acid with vitamin C, or can apply Aloe Vera gel.

If they’re blind pimples I really recommend the Mario Badescu Buffering Lotion – apply a little bit with a cotton tip twice a day and it should make them go down in 48 hours or so 🙂

But probably best you see a doctor just to make sure they’re not anything nasty.

Blind pimples are the worst and so bloody painful! Sounds like you need to switch up your skincare routine. Try introducing a Salicylic acid cleanser and astringent. I always reach for mine whenever i get pimples. Not sure which Skincare brand you are using but I use products from Derma-i cosmeceutical. Also, remember not to squeeze!
