Paula’s Skincare special ATM, what do you buy?

Hello Beauties,
I have just completed my very 1st ‘Paula’s Skincare’ order, after much procrastination.
There is currently a 15%. Off and Free Postage over $100 spent special running that finally pushed me to purchase. (Not affiliated with the brand- just spreading the love!)
I bought :
– RESIST 1% RETINOL BOOSTER and
– RESIST HYALURONIC ACID BOOSTER
Anyone using these?
What do you order from Paula’s Skincare that you recommend I give a try?

I’m pretty sure saying “degunk pores” is a different way of saying “detoxify skin/pores”
    Ahhhhhh

Ok I’ve had to post this because I think it’s hilarious.

Paula’s choice have released a charcoal pore clarifying gel mask.

However Paula’s choice for many years has said charcoal is ok not great but a bit meh . She has rated many charcoal products low and has said this many times
“In case you’re wondering about charcoal, it’s a good oil-absorbing ingredient, but it isn’t “detoxifying” in the least. Skin can’t be detoxified the way this product claims and, more to the point, toxins aren’t the reason why your skin is oily or the reason your pores are clogged” QUote from Paula’s choice.

However in beautypedias review of her mask it says this
“The blend of charcoal, clays (kaolin and bentonite), and tapioca starch are the power players of the formula that soak up skin’s surface oil. They also help draw out debris from pores, which can, to a certain extent, help make pores look smaller.

As is always the case with Paula’s Choice Skincare, this mask is fragrance free and includes soothing agents to make it extra gentle on skin. Whether you use this in the AM as a fresh start or at night as pampering step to “de-gunk” pores, the Pore Clarifying Charcoal Gel Mask earns our praise for working exactly as it claims and being easy to use.”

Are you for real??! Like your ridiculous now.
Unfortunately for me I still find her products really good but this is just ridiculous.

As I mentioned before I was able to do a swap for a product I bought on sale that didn’t suit me and was lucky I was able to do so. Due to that reason I decided to choose the Lipstick ( Rosy Glow )with Spf 15 and the Clear Normalising Cleanser which I can share with my daughter who has combination/oily skin. I like gentle refreshing cleaners that gives a clean feel rather than a moisturising feel even though my skin is dry . All of her products stated gentle ingredients anyway .Once in a blue moon I do break out in acne if I am stressed or hormonal reasons. What a shame her lipstick isn’t in the review list .

Earlier this year I ordered a whole bunch of samples to do with reducing redness plus ones for oily/dry skin. I haven’t bought full sizes yet as I’m trying to get through all the other beauty products I’ve got. I actually have a box full of them in my cupboard, plus a draw under my dressing table of even more products! And let’s not forget all the hair products in the bathroom!

But for the sample sizes I am enjoying them. And Paula’s Choice regularly seem to have sales or free shipping judging by the emails I get.

Hi, I bought the Brightening Serum when they had a sale and sadly will have to give a negative review . It did nothing for me , but gave me slight reddening in the skin .

I’m impressed with the products I’ve used from Paulas choice.
The antiaxiodant serums are amazing, really great. Leave the skin protected.
I’ve used the wrinkle reducing serum which was good and really fresh. Contained retinol too, was great.
I love the vitamin c 25% its sooo great.

I also like the clinical rentinol serum 1% its so affordable and is so gentle on skin- non irritating.
Like too hear what you think if the new 1% serum.
Can’t say I enjoyed the moistuirsers but there are a fewol more I’m keen to try in the future.

Their serums are excellent. The 2% BHA liquid is amazing. Sunscreens are great. To be honest it’s hard to go wrong. I’ve been using the vitamin c booster which I really like. The only product I’ve tried and not liked was a cleanser. Other than that I’d say follow the links that address your skin concerns and buy up!
