My Acne Cure – Apple Cider Vinegar

Hi Beauties!
I just thought I’d share with you something that I’ve incorporated into my routine that has helped immensely with my acne. I’ve been suffering with acne for almost a year now; I’ve always had at least a couple of clusters of pimples on my face at one time or another. I became really fed up with my skin, until I tried using apple cider vinegar on it! I am just soooo happy with the results that I though I’d share it with you all!

The ACV works really well to balance the pH of your skin, which is one of the reasons as to why it’s so effective. Here’s a link to a Youtube video that explains this a little better than me!

There are many ways that you can use ACV, but I recommend using small amounts first and build it up, just to make sure that it won’t irritate your skin, especially if you have sensitive skin.
I use a cotton pad to apply it to the areas that I’m most prone to pimples. And I do it once a day, at night. Just be mindful of the smell – it isn’t very pleasant, but you’ll get used to it!
Here’s a website that has lots of tips on using ACV:

I really hope that this is helpful to anyone who may be suffering from acne!! I’m just so happy that my skin is finally improving. So, does anyone else use ACV?

I’ve reported the previous post as spam – one of the most frequently spammed companies in the forums.

I used ACV but it didn’t help my acne any, I had better results with diet changes, I now follow the Auto Immune Paleo diet and my skin has never looked better. I’d prefer to use the ACV in cooking rather than on my skin.

I find it also helps remove build up in your hair , and yes as a toner though I have not found it much help as a toner.

I tried apply cider vinegar diluted as a toner for a while but it never improved my skin, saw no difference… Has anyone else had this? I have a friend who raved about the benefits of drinking it, she was drinking some special brand that had “the mother” added? Not sure what that was though.

I use apple cider vinegar and water (except I use a 1:1 ratio – much stronger) as a toner and raw, unrefined, organic coconut oil as lotion – my skin has never been softer, clearer, etc. TRY IT! Doesn’t work for everyone, but worth a try 🙂

That sounds good Nicky147. Ive been using 3 parts water to 1 part apple cider after washing my hair for shine and it really works

Thanks for all the support ladies!
I just read BH’s advice regarding spammers is to hit ‘Mark SPAM’ but not to reply because google favours posts with multiple forum entries. Kassalee posted this warning, but I can’t find where from now.
I’m guilty, I’ve been replying to them 🙁
I’ll just hit ‘Mark SPAM’ from now on. Sick of those same few names cropping up over & over.

    Kimberly832 SPAMMER!

How can you say that I am a spammer. I am here to share my knowledge and helping people for their problems by suggesting products that can be helpful for them. If anyone have problem with my suggestion then come up with a valid reason. If anyone have problem instead of you then please tel me.
But misfortune8 I am unable to understand why you always put such words for me.

Everything you’ve posted is just the same, regurgitated nonsense.

Perhaps it due to the fact you post includes “you’ll get at your doorstep from online pharmacies like, Meds247online and Drugpillstore etc.” and the thread is about AVC and your off plugging “Retino-A” – As per misfortune8 it reads like spam to me!

I totally agree with Misfortune8 and Dragon Lady! We can easily spot a spammer no matter how much you deny it! BH is not against companies promoting their products but you have to declare yourself and not dupe everyone! It only gives us more reason not to buy from your company. Just saying.
