Moisturiser with SPF for oily skin

Hi there,

I have oily skin and have been looking for a moisturiser with SPF for quite a while now.

I have tried Neutrogena, Khiels, and currently using La Roche Posay.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

I only use a light BB cream on top of my moisturiser on a daily basis.

I’m sure pure chimp doesn’t have SPF!

I have a sunsense anti aging one, its SPF 50+, which I use when I want to protect my face and not use foundation. I usually use a foundation with SPF.

I reported the Pure Chimp post as spam. As long as they keep spamming these forums, I will keep on reporting them to the moderator … sigh.

  • I have oily/combo skin and I too have trouble with moisturisers with SPF they all make my face an oil slick and it makes my makeup slide off my face! I have tried sunsense, neutrogena and QV but I’m absolutely loving the Olay SPF 15 for oily/combo skin it’s by far the best I’ve tried so far! I wear it under my bb cream and I always dust lightly with setting powder. Next on my list to try is the cetaphil suntivity as Chloe Morello has recommended it in one of her tutorials, but if that fails I will go back to the Olay.

My skin is normal with a tendency to be oily out in the sun and what I use is Monsia Skincare’s Intense Moisturizing Day Cream With SPF 15 and Hyaluronic Acid 8 Shea Butter. I found that a higher SPF under foundation was just too much for my skin. I know you can buy it online in Australia because I sent some to my daughter-in-law.

I don’t know if you have these brands in AU, but cetaphil and cerave are lines of very gentle skincare

I like Sunsense, it’s tinted moisturiser with SPF 50, uvA & uvB, but the tint is barely discernible. I wear mineral powder over the top, which also has SPF. I get it cheap from Chemist Warehouse.
