Yes, it looks like there is an error in the way they have designed question 4. It appears they have set it as a question that will only take one answer rather than multiple answers, even though you are asked to comment on each option. I ended up just selecting and commenting on one of the options so that the survey would go through, as others have, but it means they are missing out on the full feedback for that question.

  • The problem is in the multiple choice response. It will on,y work if you select one option and only fill in that text field 🙁

I was only selecting one. I have just gone back in and tried it again and this time it worked.

  • I have left my review and also tried to do the survey. Has anyone else had issues with the survey. I keep getting “Please correct the following error” when trying to complete it. Can’t figure out what I am doing wrong.

Hi Vanessa, I seem to be having an issue with the survey. It keeps coming back up saying I’ve missed something and it tells me what to do which I had done then resubmit and it came back again with the same issue however having changed the field it wants me to click which I did and then it went back to the original issue?? It’s question 4 that keeps changing?? Thanks, Helen

Sounds like the issue you’ve been having with this cream is definitely a silicone over silicone issue *Growing Old*.

I think you’d really like EL Advanced Night Repair, especially if you’re looking for a non-‘silky’ serum. The L’Oreal Total Repair 10 one is lovely too, although it does contain quite a lot of alcohol. To the best of my knowledge all the Lancôme serums contain silicone (that’s why I don’t use them).

Thanks Catlover. I want to try the ANR and I hope I can get a little sample of it before outlaying that amount but my skin definately needs a great serum and I feel from everyones thoughts on ANR that it’s the ‘one’! I hope so!
I waited today for quite some time after serum application to apply the revitalift and finally didn’t have an issue with bawling up yehhhh! It has a lovely texture when it’s applied ok.
I’m like you by the sounds of it. Thanks Hun for the advise!

Hi ladies, this cream has me a little stumped. On its own it’s fine. I’ve tried using it ontop of several serums but with each it has balled up. Even leaving the serum/s on longer it still balls up. On its own it’s fine and hasn’t caused any breakouts. I had had quite a few makeup free days since receiving this to try and that’s been fine however I tried using it with no serums under my foundation and yep it balled up. I’ve read above others have had issues with it balling up but with sunscreen, has anyone else had issues with other products like serums or makeup? I really wanted to love this cream but…it seems I can only wear it on makeup free days with no serums. I actually wish that loreal had sent the ‘matching’ serum (not wanting to sound greedy as I do appreciate trying this) so I knew how it truly performed in conjunction with the serum designed to be used with it. I don’t feel that im gettung as much out of it using it without any serums.
    Love the texture!

Hi *GrowingOld*. I’ve used it over both Estee Lauder Night Repair and L’Oreal Total Repair Serum at it’s been fine. I’m very careful to choose serums that have no/low silicone levels. Just wondering if the balling-up might be caused by using one product with silicone over another….just a thought….

Hi Catlover, thanks! some of the serums were def silicone heavy. It seems fine over the top of argan face oil so I presume it will be ok over RHO (I will try) . Yesterday I tried it with a Lancome serum and I let it sink in for quite sometime before applying it (I don’t know the ingrediants of the lancome one however it doesn’t feel siliconey ) and I thought yehh it’s worked then ten minutes later I rubbed my face ever so gently to find it completely balled up again. So frustrating. I guess now that the lancome serum must have silicones. Like I said, on its own it’s quite lovely. I enjoy so many factors with it. However maybe it’s my skin or it is just fussy with silicones. I actually don’t like silicone heavy products so I’ve found this interesting. I know slot of primers are silicone heavy and it def balled after using my primer so I imagine others would be finding issues when using this before makeup application. I will try leaving it longer next time…I figured waiting ten minutes after serum application was long enough. Coming into winter I tend to add RHO or the like into my mousturiser for added hydration and I think it maybe great with that. I’m so pleased we have had quite a lengthy trial period with this product. I’ve definately been experimenting!! I haven’t tried the night repair serum…I know I must be the last lol…so catlover I take it it doesn’t contain silicone? ( I’m being lazy…seeing as you know il ask!!) im after a great serum that doesn’t contain silicones and the ingrediant that is used in the blurring creams- is it the mica? (I’m not that knowledgable!) it seems to make my skin look thin?! I really don’t like the look or feel if it. Generally if a product or person describes it as feeling silky it puts me off! Il be pleased if the night repair doesn’t contain that ‘silky’ ingrediant!!

Great to hear UR having a good exp Chicklet . I will continue trying it with diff products. Like I said on its own it is ok and I do like the texture as opposed to previous loreal products I’ve used and previous ones have caused breakout issues but not so far with this one. I’m glad this trial is a long one as it is giving me more time to experiment.
