Looking for a face moisturiser

Hi everyone! 🙂

I’m looking for a new face moisturiser as in the sun and heat at the moment then into the air con in my office the skin on my face just doesn’t know what to do!
I have quite sensitive skin but also can be oily so I don’t want anything too thick or greasy.
Any suggestions much appreciated, I have no idea where to start! Also don’t really want to break the bank! 🙂 B x

Hi PrincessB. I hope you’ve found something suitable out of the suggestions. Hopefully my post will help someone else looking.

I have quite sensitive oily skin. I have been using Eslor Soothing Cream for the last 18 months. Based on a lot of Googling – it’s only available in Australia via Bellabox.com.au for $84.50/50ml, which is reasonable instead of buying direct (which is US$65 PLUS US$18.60). Over the last 18 months it has been fantastic. I find that if I am going bare faced I get a little bit of shine but under makeup there’s NONE, nor does my make up slide off (I don’t use a primer).

Recently I got a sample of Gaia’s Facial Moisturiser. It’s super light and I felt as though my skin were hydrated without the oil slick happening. I will be moving over to this. It’s an Australian product, it contains organic ingredients and it’s AMAZING. I was pretty shocked when I found out that it’s $12.95/125mls. It’s available at Priceline, AMCAL etc.

Try Neutrogena’s hydro boost, it comes in 4 varieties; a day cream, night cream, SPF and under eye roll on. It really helps with hydration and is great for oily and sensitive skin as it comes in gel form rather than a cream! 🙂

    Hi PrincessB ,

Yes I have known a best moisturizer which help with sensitive and oily skin(i:e Annimateo face cream). Because my skin is oily and sensitive skin like you, i always use this cream in my face and its effective working on my face. So you can use this cream on your face.

I use Monsia Skincare’s Intense Moisturizing Day Cream, I find it great and is not greasy at all, it has a SPF-15 rating.

Maybe try pay more attention to hydration, try to do a toner mask for 3 mins every morning you will see the differences.

A product that can give a finishing as good as a facial, then nothing else is wanted. Sakare Fortifying Facial Serum is a perfect solution to lock in your moisture as well as have visibly repair signs of ageing. Use it and feel the difference.

This is how I have put a stop to my annoyingly dry & irritated skin

Daily a multivitamin once a day (make sure it contains B vitamins)
Drink plenty of water. I tend to look at the colour of my wee to see if i’m hydrated or not.
    Use purechimp super body cream
Increased omega 3 in my diet. You could always use a supplement.
Purchased a humidifier for my bedroom.

    Spam, spam, spam!

I marked it as SPAM at 7am this morning and thought it would have been gone by now!
