Lifting facial skin product to recommend?

Hi, would anyone has any recommendation for lifting facial product? I have combination skin and my face is sagging quite obviously at the age of 45! 🙁

I’m staying in Brisbane, or would there any good dermatologist to recommend? Thank you very much.
