My review has been published and I noticed at the bottom there is a response from Lancome for me to contact them as they would like to speak to me about my experience with the product. I have seen this on peoples reviews in the past and I always thought that they had sent an email to the company and added the companies response to their review. I was surprised when I saw it as I don’t think my review was very bad and I gave it a 3 star rating. Reading a few other people’s reviews, some also noticed their skin break out but they didn’t get a response from Lancome.

Hi Vi don’t be concerned at all about Lancôme asking you to get in contact with them. They are a great company to deal with and they probably want to help you with suggesting a product that may be more suited to you. They appreciate feedback and may want a bit more detail to find out what could have possibly upset your skin. Let us know how you get on xx

I wasn’t planning on giving them a call but I think I will if I get a chance next week.

Vi, that is interesting because I posted on my review too that I got a few pimples while using the cream but didn’t get that response from Lancôme.

I’m on this trial too….and I’m so confused which multi lift cream it is.. I’m going to post it under the multi lift day cream light if everyone is posting it there.

I was a bit sceptical at first about this moisturiser….but I’m liking it.. it just absorbs into my skin and keeps it moisturised all night and day and makes my skin so plump.

My skin has been loving this cream! I haven’t used a serum at all with this and my dry skin has really improved. The scent hasn’t bothered me and the effects are amazing.
Hi all, I agree with stackcats, My understanding of the 3 types is that the one I used was the light cream for all skin types (its what the packaging says) and I don’t see spf anywhere. I’m liking the link for the light for mine: http://www.beautyheaven.com.au/skin-care/moisturisers/49159-lancome-renergie-multi-lift-day-cream-light

I submitted my review today and I had a tough time deciding where to put it, as there are 3 products listed on the page that look very similar. There was nothing on the picture of the actual products that might help distinguish one from the other. In the end, I put my review under the product that didn’t mention SPF in the description (I think it was the “light” version?) since I saw no mention of SPF on my product packaging. I hope I picked the right one!

Hi Lucrecia629, I think I will write my review so its ready to go and see if BH attaches a link to the cream. I had a look too and I think the products listed is the old version and the one we trialled is new version..l could be wrong?
We have to fill out and complete the survey too.

Hi Claire88. 🙂 I followed the link in the email I received last Friday, but it takes me to the page, not the product. Why didn’t I include that in my survey comments – that it would be nice if the label reflected which of the three creams you were using? Because from the pictures of the three jars, they all look identical. Day Cream (SPF15), Day Cream Dry Skin (also SPF15), and Day Cream Light (no SPF) – all appear exactly the same. But I’m positive I didn’t see any mention of SPF anywhere on the packaging or information sheet.

Yes, I’m pretty sure the Lancome cream doesn’t say SPF on the box, nor does it contain chemical sunscreen ingredients. So it’s definitely the ‘Light’ version http://www.beautyheaven.com.au/skin-care/moisturisers/49159-lancome-renergie-multi-lift-day-cream-light

Woops! I think my review is in the wrong spot then. I wonder what I should do?

    Hi Katek 🙂

Maybe drop Vanessa from BH an email to let her know, I am sure it be sorted out for you .

I just checked the description on my box. It says Light Cream and I don’t see anything about SPF. I’ll be submitting my review later today.
