Keratosis Pilaris

I suffer from Keratosis pilaris on my arms and its been there since I was 8. does anyone have any recommendations to help cure it?

I have the same problem and its so annoying! Maybe try a lotion or soap with added fat or oil in it just to keep the skin hydrated?

Some skin conditions are triggered by external factors such as dyes or chemicals, but some stem from something that’s out of balance inside the body. It runs in my family, some have it mildly, some worse. My sister gets a cream from a compounding pharmacy with salicylic acid in it, she finds that works quickly and effectively.
