Depends on how dry is your skin. I usually keep it as two to three per week. My boyfriend would definitely break out when he do the same as me as he had oily skin. It all depends on your skin type I guess.
You’d probably use it like any normal mask; that is, once or twice a week I assume. At least, that’s what I do if there’s no recommendations on the back 😉
