How many do you do?

I was wondering how many products you do each day?

Each morning: I use cleanser, serum, moisturiser, primer, BB cream or foundation
= 5 products + contour mineral powder then comes my actual makeup.

Each night: I use cleanser, micellar water, a treatment (if required), serum, night cream, eye cream
= 5-6 products

    Morning: Cleanser, toner, moisturiser.
Morning makeup: Pore filler/primer, bb cream, foundation, concealer, finishing veil, blush, eyebrow pencil, mascara.

Evening skincare: Skin wipes, cleanser, toner, moisturiser, scar cream and/or Tea Tree ointment, oil for brows and lashes.

I often use a face mask at least once a week too.

I don’t wear make up to work anymore, but when I am wearing it – Face primer, foundation, concealer, powder, blush, eye shadow, mascara, brow pencil, brow mascara, a lip product and a make up remover.

So 11 products. I actually didn’t think I used that much make up until I wrote that all down.

    Just skin care.
Day: 3-4. Cleanser, Facial spray, moisteriser and primer.
Night: 5-6. Wipes or Micellar Water, Cleanser, Spray Toner Water, Rosehip Oil, Moisteriser, overnight eye patch.

Too many to list for make up, way too many haha!!

hehe. I agree with the make up being too many to list. But I do find it interesting how much product we use these days.

Morning – cleanser, exfoliator, toner, rose hip oil, moisturiser, sunblock or CC cream, eye cream. I exfoliate just 2 or 3 times a week, while showering.

Evening – micellar water, eye makeup remover, cleanser, toner, serum, moisturiser. eye cream. Twice a week I add in a face mask, post cleansing. I always double cleanse at night too

Hi Ethelinde, Is First essence a brand or a product?

      • 7 yrs, 5 mths ago

First Treatment Essence is a part of a Missha brand name (the full name is Missha Time Revolution First Treatment Essence) but the idea is it goes before any other essences you apply.

Most people only use one essence but I`ve been layering essences (only two) lately.

In the morning I generally use a face wash or face scrub, my moisturser and sometimes mix rose hip oil in that. Most days i wear no makeup to work. On the days im feeling flat ill also add foundation, powder and blush/ bronzer and i fill in my eyebrows with a pencil.

I have been so bad with my night time routine lately. If i remember i use micallar water and a night cream

I’d say I’m pretty similar to most so far:
Day – cleanser, sunscreen with moisturiser, bb cream, concealer, light dust of translucent powder, eye shadow, mascara (so that’s 7, it would be more if it was a makeup day + primer, foundation, eye liner, bronzer, blush)

Night – use a different cleanser at night, toner, night cream or rosehip oil (3 products)

I’m a stay at home mum so I’m pretty light….
Day – cleanser, toner, serum, suncream, eye cream, moisturiser.
    Night – serum, night cream

on a typical work day – cleanse tone moisturise and eye cream in the morning – then mascara.
evening – cleanse tone face oil, night cream, eye cream. (and twice a week exfoliate and use a mask 1 to 2 times a week)

I dont really wear make up during the day at work, only if I go out at night. My skin is mostly pretty good. – and I am also someone who would prefer 20 mins extra sleep than look good for work.

    Daytime skincare: Cleanser, Serum
Daytime makeup: Tinted Moisturiser, bronzer, blush, mascara, concealer, corrector (8)

Nighttime skincare: Cleanser, Micellar Water, Serum (3)

I thought my makeup was way more than that considering I spent forever doing it each day
