Holy Grail for open pores and blackheads?
Can anyone recommend a cleansing routine for open pores and blackheads?
Something you swear by that has genuinely helped??

It`s apparently really hard to find products that are good and cruelty free but I`ve got a few things that I`ll pick up this weekend and I`ll keep you updated along the way with how they are!

Haha, oops, sorry 🙂 I shall go and read this closely! Hopefully cassandranancy_ gives us some feedback on what helps her too. If only there was a guaranteed, quick fix. My skin is looking shocking right now 🙁

Using the oil cleansing method has worked wonders for my blackhead issue like nothing else has. I use Sukin rosehip organic oil and massage about 6 drops into my face for about 4 mins before applying a warm face cloth and gently rinsing the oil off. It really helps the skin achieve a nice glow too.
My only issue is that I am getting pimples, though I think this is a hormonal issue and not the oil. I’m going to change oils and see if there is a difference in my skin after switching.
It will be interesting to hear what other people say. I hate blackheads and the associated dull, lack lustre skin. I have also read that putting tomato juice on the skin helps. I have tried this, but only sporadically, not as a daily method. See: http://www.livestrong.com/article/196407-how-to-get-rid-of-blackheads-with-tomatoes/
