Best Food’s For Best Skin

Hi everyone,
this is my first Topic in this forum i wish you like it :

Low-fat dairy such as plain yoghurt is a good source of vitamin A, which your skin needs to mature correctly. Retinol used in many anti-wrinkle creams is actually a compound of vitamin A. Low-fat dairy is also high in calcium that the body requires to maintain healthy bones, hair and teeth.

Green tea has been found to prevent skin damage. It contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties that protect the skin against damaging ultraviolet rays. Green tea can also help you lose weight, filling you up and speeding up calorie and fat burn.

Tuna contains a rich variety of nutrients including selenium. Not only does the mineral help prevent cell damage it also boosts elastin, a protein that keeps your skin soft, tight and elastic. Tuna can also help improve brain function and keep your heart health.

Dairy products are not that good for oily skin. Fruits and vegetables and drinking a lot of water can lead to healthier skin so must indulge ourselves with it if we really want to have a glowing skin. Drinking vitamin E supplements can also contribute in maintaining a healthy skin.

Thanks for the share! I find salmon and fresh cheese to be very helpful for my skin. The salmon provides essential fatty acids while the fresh cheese provides calcium and selenium.

    AVOCADO!
Avocado is amazing for the skin. 🙂 I often have it on wholegrain toast with some cottage cheese or alone. And of course its an amazing fruit to put in salads. Yummy.

There is a lot of good fatty acids in avocado. Here’s what makes avocado great for the skin:
Monounsaturated fats – Good for improving skin tone and maintaining moisture in the epidermal layer
Omega-9 fats – Good for reducing redness and irritation
vitamin E – Helps to preven photo-aging from sun exposure
Vitamin C – Involved in the creation of elastin and collagen

I’m having a green tea as I type! Love it and have lots of different ones so I have variety. Also I often have tuna and salad for lunch because I’m trying to loose some weight so eating lots of salads and tuna is a good source of protein … even better not I know it’s so good for my skin too! great article!
