Favourite Concealers
Hey Beauties,
Just wondering what everyones favourite Concealers are at the moment, I have been using the UD naked skin for the past few months but I just don’t think it is cutting it for me anymore.
I want something full coverage that won’t crease!

So I have been using the MAC Studio Finish Cream Concealer for about a year now and I just love it. I use MAC foundation as well, so it was really easy to find a concealer that matched well with that. I am really passionate about skincare and so I purchased this concealer as it has SPF included. The look that it provides (especially for a night out) is excellent, helping to prevent dark circles. I would suggest that if you purchase this yourself you apply using a concealer brush or a beauty blender. Using my finger at first took a long time to blend.
I hope this helps! If you do happen to try it, I don’t think you would be disappointed.

The Maybelline FITme concealer is an amazing buy. It’s SO affordable and is as good as the high-end concealers I have tried. It doesn’t crease and it lasts all day. It’s perfect.
Although, there’s only 4 shades in the range and I’m very fair so I’ll interchange between my FITme in Fair and my NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer in Chantilly when I want a lighter shade for my undereyes.

I absolutely love the Maybelline Master concealer, it is cheap and amazing. I actually reach for it more than my Nars one

My MAC Prolong Wear Concealer still takes the cake for me. Bit of a boring one since it’s not new or a ‘hidden gem’ but I always come back to it. I find that it gives me the best coverage and doesn’t tend to crease, especially setting it with a powder. I don’t use a particularly one, just whatever I have on hand.
If you find that your concealer creases maybe try an eye cream that can double as an under eye primer e.g. bobbi brown hydrating eye cream and make sure you really melt the concealer into your skin and take away any excess, beauty blenders are good for that!

I use the Etude House Big Cover Concealer BB and I’m in love. It finishes matte, but not so matte that your face looks dry, it has a slight dewy look to it. It’s extremely high coverage I mean my eyebags were completely covered in around 2 coats (no other concealer has done that for me) and the finish is super natural.

I use the Napoleon Perdis Pro Palette Concealer Plus (trio concealer). It is seriously the best concealer I have found. It gives my skin a lovely dewy glow, and has amazing coverage. The thing I like about it the most is that it has 3 different colour tones, so you can blend them for the perfect colour match. I find that my skin colour is very different between seasons, and this can accommodate for the shade difference easily.

“The Saem Cover Perfection Tip Concealer” is my absolute fave. It’s the bestselling K-Beauty concealer and is infamous for being the dupe for the Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer, and I definitely agree with that.
I’ve tried all the popular ones from the chemist and higher-end stores, yet this little tube is my holy grail and coincidentally is the most affordable one too. Most reputable Australian eBay stockists sell it for $10-$15.
It doesn’t crease whatsoever (I set it with the Australis Banana Powder) and provides that flawless under-eye look. There are only three shades but the middle one (1.5 Natural Beige) has the best naturally highlighted effect. Since I started using it, I’ve gotten tons of compliments on my under-eye makeup (weird, I know) and comments on how fresh and awake I look.
Good luck! 🙂
