Under-Eye Concealer for Pale Skin?

I was just wondering if I could get some peoples advice on an under-eye concealer (Mine are usually quite dark) for pale skin.
I’m trying to find something that isn’t caked on but is enough to lighten my face.

I only buy animal cruelty free brands (so Covergirl, Rimmel etc are all out). So its proving a little difficult to find the perfect product!

I currently use ELF but it is quite light and sometimes I just need a bit more coverage.

Thanks for the replies everyone and I’ll have a look at the Nude by Nature concealer, the ELF stick concealer was orange on me 🙁

Regarding everyone’s questions on companies that test on animals, you will be surprised how many major brands test on them.

There are heaps of good sites out there with information on who doesn’t test on animals I use these sites when double checking if a company is safe to use or not 🙂

Thanks for the replies everyone! I might try the Nude by Nature range, the stick concealer from ELF was orange on me in their lightest shade unfortunately.

Regarding everyone’s questions about cruelty free brands, you would be surprised how many of the major companies test on animals. The three sites below have a lot of information and if a company has a bunny logo on their product it means they are leaping bunny approved.

I swear by Maybelline’s under eye concealer but am unsure if it is cruelty free and if there is a pale shade. It blends really well and lasts the distance while not irritating the eyes. It is also very reasonably priced.

I also steer clear of any cruelty free brands and products. Nude by Nature’s concealer is cruelty free, creamy and has good coverage. However, I think it may contain beeswax so it may not be be vegan if that is what you are after. I hope you find what you are looking for! 🙂

Just reading through some of the brands now, i’m going to have to check on every label from now on. I just didn’t think there would be so many brands that still test on animals in this day and i’m so disappointed that a lot of the products i use every day aren’t cruelty free :

So now i realize most of my suggestions are pointless haha sorry

I had no idea Covergirl and Rimmel weren’t cruelty free, do you know which other brands aren’t although i think i’ll be doing some research now as that’s really disappointing 🙁

I’m quite pale and i find the best TYPE of product is a creamy concealer in the lightest shade of that brand, with liquids (except for the garnier one listed) you tend to need more product to achieve better coverage, which results in a caked on look and they tend to be either too light and sheer or too orange.

I really like the garnier eye roll on but the one i have ( i THINK it’s the lightest shade ) can be a little dark, although i find once blended with my foundation and set, it isn’t noticeable and the dark circles are gone.

I would also recommend Revlon Photoready and Benefit or MAC concealers, they’re both amazing at covering almost anything without looking cakey.

I like elfs coverstick too (If that is the one you’re using) Iherb, or other online stores have a wider range of shades so you might find a better one. Also I think mostly or all of Iherb products are cruelty free so you may be able to find a more suitable brand of concealer on there. 🙂

Another recommendation is a concealer/contour palette like the Australis AC on tour as the lighter shades are perfect for under eye concealing.
