Tarte cosmetics?

I’ve seen so much hype over Tarte in the youtube beauty community and I’ve really been wanted to get my hands on some products to try out but I cant find anywhere that sells Tarte in stores or online.

Anyone know of anywhere us Aussies can purchase Tarte?

Sephora sell Tarte products and they now offer online shopping as well.

I know when Sephora comes to Australia they will be stocking Tarte! Up until then I think it’s either buying it in Sydney or online! Has anyone purchased off eBay or too untrustworthy?

http://www.myqty.com has some tarte products however they don’t stock the entire range, site is completely legit as i always order off there, they also have tones of other cool brands such as Lorac and Urban Decay

I just checked the Blonde Room website. It’s not so user-friendly. And the fishpoind site was selling only a few things at ridiculous prices. Sephora is coming to Australia soon. I cannot wait to get to play with the Tarte stuff in person!

I definitely recommend trying Tarte! Their Amazonian clay range is amazing, I have one of the blushes and also the mineral foundation and they are both beautiful products. I was lucky because I have a friend going to the US so they picked some up for me. The only thing I would suggest if you don’t want to use Tarazz is ordering from sephora and using a shipping service and it would be worth it if you picked up a few different products.

Unfortunately, I don’t think the Myers on Pitt Street in Sydney has Tarte, or I’d have almost everything by now.
I’ve never found any online sites that sell a good range of Tarte products & ship to Australia either, but I’ll check out fishpond.

Thats what I thought. I literally searched high and low and am very sure myer at pitt street sells no tarte.
Keen to check out the blonde room but its kinda far away from whee I live.

Another thing you could try your luck with is email tarte cosmetics directly and give them your situation. I did that with a cosmetic company once and they actually offer to give me a free sample of the product I wanted because I told them how much I wanted to try it and how they stock it here in Australia and I explain the shipping would pretty much double the cost.

I am sure they would understand. Have not tried this with Tarte but there is no harm trying. They mightoffer to send you a free sample size 🙂 or even the full product to try out if u are lucky 😀

Did anyone have luck with contacting Tare directly?
I got the cc primer stick with they stocked sephora on tarazz but now im running out and neeeeeeeeeed it.

I’ve tried 3 products from Tarte, and I hate to admit it but it isn’t as amazing as I was expecting. I have 2 blushes, a pink and a coral (sorry am not at home and don’t remember names). The pink is amazing, very pigmented and easy to blend. The coral has very, very little pigmentation, even when heavily swatched. I also have a natural eyeshadow palette- half the shadows are great, some average, and others have very poor pigmentation.

I was very disappointed, and probably at first in denial about the quality. Like yourself I have watched the Tarte hype on YouTube (especially Amazonian clay blushes), but after trying it out I was quite disappointed. I almost couldnt believe it, so i think i may have tried to convince myself that i just had to perserver. There is that part of me that would like to try more from the brand, but with my experience so far, I wouldn’t buy anymore from Tarte unless I can swatch it first. I think with Tarte, when its good its amazing, when its bad its crap.

    Hope I helped xx
