ordering from benefit usa

I ordered from the US site last year and due to an error they had for my address, my package never arrived and about 1-2 months later, I found out that it was sent back to Benefit without anyone ever trying to contact me.
Benefit were really good and said they would refund me, but I asked if they could resend my order since it was sent back to them anyway. They said they couldn’t resend the same (because returns go to one place and shipping comes from another place).
But, they did send me most of my order except a Christmas gift tin and a special Xmas sample pack which I had ordered. They refunded me for items they didn’t have available.

So long story short, their customer service was excellent and I’ll definitely recommend. Just make sure all your contact details are 100% correct!

Great to hear that the customer service is excellent because I hear lots of bad customer reviews from beauty websites and it sometimes puts me off ordering. Sorry that you didn’t get your Christmas goodies 🙁

I would absolutely recommend! I usually do an order once every 12-18 months and if I can’t make the free shipping amount I ask around my friends to see if they want something- there is usually a few who are keen! The savings you can make compared to buying in Aust is huge and it doesn’t take that long, the longest I’ve had to wait from day of purchase is 5 weeks. Double check the website for this months code as they always have 1 or 2 different codes that give you bonus samples/ little beauty bags, etc.

Has anyone ordered off the benefit US website because the products are half the price of what they are in Australia and the shipping is quite cheap
18.95 for a normal order or free for international orders over $125
so even with shipping included you still save money
Anyone done this before and have experience to share???

Yes, I’ve ordered from benefit US a few times over the last few years and it does work out MUCH cheaper! I tend to wait until I can pick $125 worth of stuff so I can get the free shipping. I’m actually waiting for an order from them to arrive right now. I can’t remember exactly how long it takes to arrive (it has been a week since it was shipped) but it was never too long and always arrived safe and sound. I would say if you just need one or two things or you need them quickly then you might want to order from Australia or go to a physical store but if you can wait a couple of weeks then I’ve had no problems with the US site.

I’ve ordered from them quite a few times. Much cheaper in the long run. My daughter & I both love Benefit so I just buy for both of us.

Yep! I always bulk buy from them and just had a package today (yay). They always have codes for free shipping when you spend $100. I think the current code is fall? Or something along those lines. Even with postage and currency rates I normally still save $60-$100 compared to buying in oz.

Yes, I’ve done this about 3 or 4 times before.
I hate not buying in Australia, but it’s so much cheaper to do it this way!
The products have always arrived in tip top condition and I’ve never had any issues.

I’ve never ordered from Benefit before, but good to know their customer service is great and I’ll definitely place an order soon!
