Mattify! cosmetics

wow I almost completely forgot about this thread! anyway.. about three days after she sent out my second package, I recieved the first one she sent out (it must’ve gotten lost somewhere and found it’s way back) and a couple of days after that I got the second one as well. Now, the actual product- the bronzer is a bit too shimmery and not enough bronze colour to use on my face but it looks fab on my decolletage and legs and shoulders 🙂 She also sent me a sample of the ultra powder and Iced apricot eyeshadow. Haven’t used the powder yet as winter’s just finished and my face has been really dry due to the cold weather.. I plan on using it in summer when my skin gets shiny. I used the iced apricot eyeshadow though (in the corner of my eye and on my browbone) and i absolutely LOVE it.. will definitely be purchasing a full size!

I ordered jun 19th but the payment didn’t go through til about jun 23rd. Should I be worried that I haven’t received it yet? I don’t know whether to message them or give it a bit more time. I ordered something from strawberrynet on the same day and I received that about 2-3 weeks ago.

The lady said the order should not take more than 21 business days. Your order is now on the 21st business day today so if you don’t get it today then I’d email them and just ask what’s happened. Mention the date your payment went through. I contacted them through facebook, just send a message 🙂

Thanks! yeah I messaged her yesterday and got a nice prompt reply. She has refunded the shipping costs and sent out another package. great customer service. Now to cross my fingers and pray that this second package does not also get lost!

To get them to work as a nail polish you just dust some into the lid and get some clear nail polish. Then dip the brush into the polish, then the powder and paint, it’s really easy and makes nice colours too. I’ve got some other mineral shadows I do this with, just waiting to see how the girls order’s go before I purchase any eyeshadows.

Wow! Those eyeshadows look too good to be true! I don’t understand how they can work as a nail polish? I am so tempted to get some but I will wait until some of you have recieved your order and reviewed them for us.

Good news! I got a reply from mattify. Apparently they didn’t get my other messages so that’s why I didn’t receive a reply. The lady said it usually doesn’t take anymore than 21 days to arrive so she will send me out another one 🙂 So glad as I really wanted to try this stuff out!
