Kevyn Aucoin mascara

I bought it off Mecca a few weeks ago.
It’s a great mascara and is doing what it claims to do. I’ve only used it a few times but it’s held a curl and gives a lovely volume 🙂
Because it’s a ‘tubing’ mascara too it comes off so easily (but only with warm water, so it stays around all day). Comes off smoothly in little strips, leaves no residue and no irritation. So easy to take off and different from any other mascara I’ve ever tried.

Hey, I have the essential mascara by Kevyn Aucoin (bought from Mecca) and I really like it. But if you are looking for something to give you more volume, I would recommend getting the volume mascara instead. With the essential mascara, I’ve found that – to get a nice amount of volume – you need to apply it, then wait for it to dry, then apply another layer, and then maybe even another layer depending on how big you want to go! It can be time consuming when you are in a rush. Other than that, I absolutely LOVE how it washes off with warm water, especially because I’m quite sensitive to most eye makeup removers.

Hi kat92, I haven’t used the mascara, but have heard many good things about the Kevyn Aucoin brand in general, so it’s probably worth a shot, even though it’s pricey. Make sure you let us know here if you do get it and what it’s like! 🙂

I have been looking for the perfect mascara for a long time and I stumbled across the Kevyn Aucoin brand on the Mecca site a while ago.

I’m just wondering if anyone has used these mascaras before and whether all the reviews are as good as they seem?

I haven’t used the mascaras but have heard great things about them.

I have tried the eyeliner and brow pencils are they are fantastic.
