Jessup (ebay) brush sets

Hi beauties!
Has anybody purchased and tried the Jessup Brush Kits available on ebay? I’ve seen a couple of great reviews for them, but just wondering if anybody had tried them. I’m all for an inexpensive alternative, but I don’t want to waste money if they’re no good.
Thanks!

Of course! Sorry, here it is: http://m.ebay.com.au/itm/171119603942?txnId=1274186550007

I think the robin blue ones are really cute too, as are the purple set.

The stippling brush is kinda useless as a stippling so I use it to apply highlighter! The rest are pretty decent!

I spy SPAM!!! Lol, but it’s good that it bumped this thread as I was popping in to find it!

*tiffanyb*, My makeup brushes from ebay arrived a couple of days ago, and they’re fantastic! I’ve washed them and there was no shedding or dye running. Going to use these for the first time today, then I can report back.

So far, pretty happy as they are soft, dry quickly and look pretty stylish!

Coconal thanks for sharing the photo. If they are good, I’d love it if you could include a link to the eBay store 🙂

I don’t own Jessup brushes, but I have ‘Style Master’ brushes, if you google-image them you will find that they are almost identical. I think they come from the same Chinese manufacturer anyway, just under different trading names – Jessup, Style Master, Party Queen etc. I was going to go with Jessup ones but I like the colour combos of the Style Master ones better.

I bought an 8-piece Style Master brush set, which many bloggers said are Sigma dupes. I don’t own Sigma brushes, but the Style Master brushes are very nice. Very dense, soft and I’ve washed them many times now and still no shedding. I posted a photo in the Haul forum thread here:

    Hello. 🙂

I have a Jessup set I bought off AliExpress…unfortunately, it arrived a little wonky, as the eyebrushes were crooked and poorly made, but the larger brushes weren’t too bad. They are soft, don’t shed much and don’t shed dye, so it’s fairly decent.

I would suggest buying from eBay as opposed to AliExpress as there is very little buyer protection available.

I recently bought another set from eBay from a seller that was recommended to me…just waiting for the brushes to be delivered now. Happy to share photos and thoughts once they arrive. 🙂

That would be great thanks! They’re so inexpensive, I might just get them and give them a go.

Recently brought the 10 piece set for $12, they are great. Super soft, they apply make up brilliantly, they don’t shed hair and when I washed them the first time no dye washed out. So I would say they are totally worth the money.
