Is Lavish choice trustworthy?

Just my 2 cents here but why would all these complainers be “spam” they are not suggesting you visit their website or buy from them, they are saying they have had a bad experience so why is that spam? When I ran that site through my usual checks it comes up pretty bad from a variety of sources.

Just some things to remember, always check the genuine manufacturers website and see if the online etailer is listed as an approved supplier. That way you are not getting grey market fakes or way out of date old stock.

In relation to negative reviews from one post new members that is common, you are more likely to write a bad review than a good one to warn people. Ive done this myself on sites like product review au and then forgot my log in details and had to make a new one to write another review. Currently I have 5 negative reviews on that site and they are only one or two review member reviews cos I can’t remember 🙂

Edit to add after some more digging that site is very suspicious, selling brands that do not permit them to like Burberry and YSL and D&g and have lots of “unboxed” high end cosmetics, sorry but that is fake fake fake, no way would I purchase from that site, I don’t know why they are being defended by long time forum members here?

I just did a Google search for “lavish choice”. The first two hits are the lavish choice website, the third result is here!

I reckon everyone & their dog comes here through Google. I’m not sure if they’re individuals genuinely complaining about lavish choice, or if it’s a competitor slamming them. Either way, they’re not genuine beautyheaven forum comments.

Trust me, I am not one to complain, but I just wanted to add that it is now 2016 and these issues are still happening with Lavish Choice. I am now also a victim to their disgusting customer service. Long story short, I purchased an expensive perfume, never received it then after I chased it, was told it was out of stock! Excuse me, but I’m pretty sure you should list that on the website or at least not take my money.
I then asked for a refund and nearly 2 months later I’m still waiting for that money back and had no reply to my emails. How can this company get away with doing this to sooo many customers. The people that defend must work for them or something, because if I experienced good service with a business but read hundreds of people explaining the same terrible experience, then obviously there is a problem, because no respected company should have this many bad reviews.
Unfortunately, I trusted the company, but luckily I read this feed where people recommended I place a dispute via PayPal, which I have now done and I hope nobody else has to experience this.

There seem to be only newbies on this thread. I guess this must thread must pop up if someone does a Google search of “Are Lavish Choice Trustworthy” (the consensus seems to be No).

I’m a mature lady from the UK and feel extremely let down and distressed by the poor response from Lavish Choice to date. I am owed not an inconsiderable sum, since January 13th when a refund was promised. I seem to receive the same email chain as everyone else from this anonymous company and have now opened dispute with PayPal. I will not buy or recommend again.

I wouldn’t order from Lavish Choice. I only just had my order from back in May completed, and the only reason it was completed was because I raised a dispute via paypal.
Every time I emailed them directly they replied that they would send me tracking information as soon as they could – it never came. I finally received the tracking details after raising a dispute with paypal and my item arrived a short time later. But four months is a ridiculously long time to wait to receive an item, and I had to chase them every time. Extremely poor customer service and abysmal delivery.
I went with them to find a unique perfume I couldn’t find anywhere else – but I’d rather go without then deal with them again!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE LAVISH CHOICE! I ordered a perfume as a gift on January 15 and am still waiting to receive it. Luckily the person whom i purchased this gift for informed me that it had not yet arrived by February because i received absolutely zero communication from Lavish Choice regarding any delay (yes i check my emails including spam folder daily). When i did contact them, i wasn’t provided any reason for the delay nor the lack of communication (despite asking for both numerous times). I was eventually provided a tracking number (for USPS in USA which doesn’t work in Aus) and after requesting an Aus Post tracking number i have been provided one that comes up with ‘no events found’ leading me to believe the package is still not in Australia despite apparently leaving the USA on the 11/02 (when i sent my initial email – nearly a month after i placed my order!!). So why was it never sent when i made the order on Jan 15?? I’d assume that had i not contacted them about the whereabouts of my order, it would’ve never been shipped at all!

What has annoyed me the most through this whole process is Lavish Choice’s refusal to explain why my package has not yet arrived, why it was never sent when the order was placed and why they provided absolutely ZERO communication in relation to my order (not even a confirmation email – luckily i screen shotted my purchase order number!).

Now, March 5, still no package, still ‘no events found’ on Aus Post and now they are not responding to my emails. I’ve requested a full refund as i’ve given up on ever actually receiving my order and frankly a refund is the least they can do after acting so unprofessionally and wasting so much of my time.

And before i get a ‘oh it’s another suspicious one time user’: Yes, i created this account today to 1: warn others about the incredibly unprofessional manner in which Lavish Choice operate their ‘business’, and 2: in the hopes that maybe Lavish Choice will see this and actually reply to my emails and provide a refund!

As it was taking so long I looked online and found all sorts of negative ratings on the company.
