Cherry Blossom and Sue796, thanks so much for confirming this! I was only just reading all the reviews and the foundation seems to be hit 🙂

    Hello lovely ladies!

I have reviewed the foundation within the deadline. But I was having trouble looking for the survey link. Then I found Vanessa’s email with questions, instead of the usual TT questionnaire page. I have replied to her via email with the answers. I hope I have done the right thing. If anyone has a link for survey please let me know. (The link in the other thread took to a different product!)

FYI, if anyone is thinking of purchasing the Lancôme miracle cushion foundation, Myers and DJ’s have a bundle offer, where you can buy the compact and refill in a bundle for $80. It’s a pretty good buy because the single compact retails for $60.

I am glad everyone is having fun with the trial. Cherry Blossom, Erin I am glad it matches you and what a pity Claire, Paigee that it was too dark. I have ended up with one too many products that are too dark for me and I am convinced that the SAs push the slow selling darkest shades to non-mainstream complexions. I don’t even know how to contour 🙁

Coming back to the fabulous product, I am wearing the foundation everyday. It is so light weight that it feels like nothing and yet gives a great smooth complexion. I have tried using the sponge that came with it and couldn’t find the right way to use it. I have been using my fingers and happy with the application method. Yesterday I pulled out my trusty ‘Beauty Pod’ and I liked how it applied although I think it absorbed too much product. I guess the product is formulated to absorb into the sponge and that’s why it comes with a non absorbent (silicone?) sponge.

Claire, I did not notice any oxidation on me, although I didn’t run around with a hand mirror checking it like you did 😀 😉

Well today, as with my first time applying, the shade matches me exactly! It really looks too dark for me in the compact, but after applying, it looks good and blends well.

I’ve been watching a couple of reviews on YouTube and there seems to be 11 shades in the U.S.
I hope they bring out more shades here because my shade suits my skin tone, but only if I wear it with a light/normal touch and am not too heavy handed with it.

I love the fact that we can refill the compact once empty, so then I may see if I’m still the same shade or not. I mean, I hope the refill is available here too.

I’m loving how light this foundation is and it lasts the full day for me.

Unfortunately it’s too dark for my skin 🙁 I’m just wearing it around the house though to see the lasting power, finish, coverage etc.
I think I might mix it with some of my super light foundations after the trial and hopefully it’ll match.

Oh, I forgot to mention, I really like this foundation. It evens out everything and makes my skin brighter and smoother, especially from far! I topped it up with a light powder (Ben Nye Suede) today and I liked how my skin looked. My skin is generally behaving after I’ve started using Alpha H Liquid Gold but other foundations kind of sit on my skin while Lancome Cushion blends well into the skin (if that makes sense!).
It has lasted me half a day only because I had a little nana nap this avro! I’ll be trying it whole of tomorrow to see how it fares.
(I hope this is the right thread to post this, as I see another thread on top)

Woohoo! Thanks BH, I also received my Lancome foundation (shade 03) yesterday 🙂

The packaging is so beautiful, I love the white compact and the sizable mirror included .
I must admit, cracking the compact open and seeing such a dark shade kind of freaked me out. Once I applied it the colour did sheer out and it wasn’t a dark as it looked in the compact but I think it’s still a shade too dark for my paler Winter skin.

I googled the swatches of the shades available and it’s a bit confusing as it appears that shade 04 is actually quite lighter than shade 03?? So if you are keen on purchasing make sure you try it in store.

I applied it this morning and I love the dewy look and feel, I am in for 40’s and my skin type is normal tending to dry. I haven’t had that oily /shiny look that some or group 1 reviewers mentioned so I think this is a good option for someone more dry skin. It’s now almost 3pm, 7 hours post application and it’s looking quite fresh and no fading…so far so good!

I am going to pop in store and try a lighter shade, I have a feeling I am between shades 03-04, so this will be perfect for summer when I am usually a bit more tanned.
So far, I am enjoying using the foundation and I hope all the other ladies are having a good experience with theirs.

I am in and so thrilled! I am in group 2 . I received the foundation today (regional WA).

I was initially apprehensive that I applied for the shade is 04 thinking it would be dark but so glad I did! It matches me well. It looks scarily dark in the pan/sponge but actually a good match for me. I’m 40 in Dior, 50 beige in Chanel based on which I replied to the email. Here is someone who uses 04 but is a lot fairer than me.

It is confirmed, I have weirdest undertone/skintone!
