Definitely recommend the Rimmel Sculpting Palette for highlight! Very nice champagney shade that is appropriate for everyday wear 🙂 I am quite heavy handed with it (love me a glow) but it never looks over the top!

I’m a fan of the australis contouring palettes though I do find I use the cream contour and powder highlighter so since you’re after the highlighter, I’d go with their powder palette

Makeup Revolution have some really decent highlighters that fit in your budget. You can only buy online, tho

I’m loving my Rimmel Highlight and contour palette at the moment. It’s not really a contour product because it is not very pigmented but it gives a really beautiful glow. I have it in coral glow 002.

Lush Feeling Younger is around $18 and it is absolutely brilliant! It is a warm rose gold kind of shade that you can make as subtle or glowy as you want.

MAC strobe cream is a very lovely product. I love to mix it with foundation for all over glow and on top of cheek bones. You may think it is exxy but you can get a small size from Mac Pro stores or online for $15! Mac online store has free shipping sometimes which is handy!

Essence cosmetics have highlighters as LEs from time to time that can be hit or miss. Some are powdery and hard to blend, while some are nice.

Depends on what your skin tone is, are you pale, medium or deep. If pale then NYX makes a good liquid highlighter in pale pink. Australis makes their shimmer highlighter powder from the acontour kit as a single now, good for pale or medium tones only. Models Prefer make their Radiance palette which is for medium or darker tones. I just bought the Essence soo glow! one from Target while randomly browsing a couple of days ago. It was on sale for $4 and it was a cream to powder formula. It worked really well

As in highlighting/strobing? Essence have a cream to powder formula which is super cheap and quite nice. Models prefer have some really nice ambient powders but they are not super pigmented (I like them for during the day). Maybelline do one but I havent used it. You could also look at the highlight/contour pallettes – I like the Australis one but Rimmel and Models prefer have also brought out some under $20.
