Priceline points balance online…

Just a quick question for those that have access to their points/purchases from Priceline online…

Can you please log in and tell me if the record of all of your purchases/points since July have gone AWOL? Just logged in today to see my points had dropped substantially and looking at my purchase history this is why. 🙁

Hoping it’s just a glitch but just curious if it’s just me?

    I swear they must have read this as my points are mysteriously back! Same happened when I started a thread once about not receiving my birthday voucher… ityours came about an hour later!

    Maybe check back in a bit Haniibee and hopefully yours will return too! If it’s the voucher from last quarter that you never received you can email them and they should be able to reissue it to you (they did this for me once when I missed one between moves)

    Mine have gone missing too and apparently I’ve received a voucher which I haven’t even received. Priceline needs to step up their points system because 200 points is an awful lot to go missing

    For me the In-store tab is blank and says it looks like I haven’t shopped with them before, but when I go to the ‘My points and rewards’ section it looks like all my points/purchases are listed.

    I don’t log in to check my points, although maybe I should. I just wait for a voucher to turn up. Hope it’s just a glitch. 200 points is an awful lot to go missing!

    Yeah maybe wait and see if anyone else notices anything odd. Otherwise, def contact them if your points are missing, I’m horrible, I don’t even keep track of my points.

    I hardly ever log on there because I never receive any emails anyway, so it’s bummed me off the whole thing. I’ve even spoken to customer service, who update my account, blah blah, and now I’ve also tried changing to another email address, but nothing.
    So I just shop and wait for my voucher to turn up if I’ve qualified.

    Sorry to add to the confusion… Even though it’s not showing my purchases from July it is showing the total points for the last quarter (although it’s about 200 points less than it should be) Bizarre!

    Thanks for checking CherryBlossom! Yes, it’s under the ‘My points and rewards’ section. Definitely nothing after July for me even though it’s all been correct up until now. Hmmm…. I’ll see if anyone else says their points are missing too before I email them.

    Oh, wait, you can go to My Sister Club Account tab, My Details, then below that, there’s Online Purchases and next to that is Instore Purchases and then I can see Sept purchases.

    Sorry for confusion on my part.

    Hi mayday, I can only see a tab called My Vouchers which was issued on 01/08/15. Odd.

    But I never receive any emails from them except birthday voucher, so I don’t have any hope of anything.
