How long have to been a Priceline card member?

Just a bit of a ‘fluffy’ thread.

I was looking at my Priceline points online and was surprised to see how far back they have records of my spending… all the way back to the beginning in fact. It was interesting having a look at some of the brands I purchased years back – some things I have no recollection of in fact 🙂

Anyway, how long has everyone else been a member? I feel old as I joined back in January 2003 so over 10 years (!)

ETA – and what was your first purchase? Mine was 2 x some kind of powder (hard to tell from the description) and a Toblerone lol!

30/10/2009, I bought an Olay moisturiser and hairspray which must have been for my Mum since I don’t use it, some wet one wipes and some invisible zinc foundation. I don’t shop at Priceline much as there isn’t a decent one near me. I will have to go to to one soon to use my $5 Birthday voucher.

I’ve got an old Priceline Club Card which I’ve had for about 10yrs before the sisters club card came out. Does anyone know if I can transfer the same account to the new one? I never got the new sisters club card and I thought I would lose all the point I have accumulated. I still get my vouchers sent to me but I’m not able to log in online to check my spending or I don’t receive any emails from Priceline regarding upcoming sales.

Just used my Good To Go on my toenails, which had Essie’s Good As Gold (chromatic metallic gold) on them…not long after applying GTG, my polish shrunk at the tips. Really unimpressed by that, so I removed it all. Not sure if it was due to the thickness of my colour, but I do know that some fast-drying top coats have a reputation for shrinkage. Just wasn’t expecting it to be this one! :o( Sad, since I had high hopes for it.

I think I want to return it, but I’ve thrown out the receipt and can’t remember what Priceline’s return policy is.

EDIT: Think I may have worked out the problem, after some experimentation with other polishes – it shrinks if the polish is thin or has been thinned out too much, which is what I did yesterday with my Good As Gold. I can’t return the product anyway since it has been used. Oh well. Didn’t waste too much money finding this out.

Ladies, if you’re going to redeem the Solfine voucher, be aware that the box doesn’t include plastic gloves and the Oxy which is the bleaching agent! It only has the hair colouring and if you use it as it is, it won’t colour your hair! I know, ’cause I did it and too stubborn to buy an oxy! LOL

I redeemed my $5 off Essie voucher on the weekend & bought me some Good To Go. Have been curious to see whether it’ll work or not, plus I really don’t need to add any more coloured lacquers to my stash (certainly not from Essie anyway – I do wish they would bring to Australia the last Neons collection they had + Jazzy Jubilant from the Effects section, plus there’s some colours from their latest Spring collection I’ve got my eye on too). I’ll wait a while to use my normal voucher methinks.

*Priceline members reminder:* quarterly vouchers expire 28th Feb. Has everyone redeemed their vouchers?

I’ve redeemed mine already but when did they start having such short expiry dates – is that a new thing? I’m sure past ones had about a year to use them. I imagine a lot of people are going to be caught out by this 🙁

I’d say this is just the discount vouchers, hun!
My voucher (the $$) is expiring next year 🙂
    Xx

Oh phew! Quite often I just throw them in my purse and forget about them for a while. Glad to know I can keep on doing that :p

I’ve redeemed one of the vouchers for L’oreal Paris limited edition nude lipsticks. I combined it with the current catalogue offer (buy one get one free) Major score 🙂

I might wait for the next catalogue period (starting on Thursday26th) to use some of these vouchers

I completely forgot about my vouchers I’m so glad i saw this today I will have to go in. Hopefully they still have the L’oreal Paris lipsticks but unfortunately the priceline near me never seems to restock the items on special.
