What does everyone thing of the April box? I’m quite disappointed with this box, especially since we had to wait to long and there was anticipation. Having said that it, might just be me personally I got the boxette and received the earrings and bracelet, two items I had not ticked on the style profile. I actually don’t have my ears pierced and have very small wrists. Most normal bracelets are way too big for me and the white and gold bracelet from the classic box this month just looks comically large on me as well as not fitting. I also feel like the jewellery isn’t super great quality. I would say the earrings are very pretty though as costume jewellery goes. Anyway I just needed to have a little vent because I paid $24.95 for less than $10 of products I can use. I mean probably even less because the soap bar is just going to sit in my drawers to smell nice. I have cancelled my subscription from June onwards, but knowing me the June box will probably be fantastic and I’ll regret my decision. Anyway there’s my rant of the day. Would love to hear what everyone else who got the box thought.
I got the fullsize Classic HFB for April, and I was kind of disappointed too. One of the accessories in mine was long lilac socks, which I have no use for except maybe for bed…but even then they will slide off in the night! Then we just got some little sachets of MOR handcream (which do smell devine). I don’t mind the bracelet and earrings I got, however I agree it looks a little cheap.
Im holding out for May, the Nicola Finetti designer collab should be awesome…I think its a pouch/bag thing, I saw a picture on instagram ages ago. But like you RockieHazel I will probably cancel after May unless the box blows my mind…its not worth $39.95 or even the $24.95. Which is a shame as the past boxes look like they were fantastic! Fingers crossed they improve!
