Thinning hair
Hi! I have very fine hair, but I’ve always had a lot of it, so it has been quite ‘thick’. I had surgery last year and ever since I’ve noticed my hair is really thinning out. I have always lost lots of hair in general but now I’m loosing hair and it’s not keeping up in thickness. I’ve heard about the hair thickening shampoo or does anyone have any suggestions or ideas. Thanks

Hi girls I trialed the Evolis tonic and shampoo, for Beautyheaven, it was fabulous for me , I had thinning hair and a lot of hair loss in the shower, it improved my hair so much , making it stronger, less hair fall and thickened the strands. Check out the reviews.
Sorry not smart enough to post link, but check out Evolis.
Hope this helps, I also have had a Kerastase treatment which was fabulous in improving the hair density. Check out the reviews for this too. -

I use Kerastase Densifique shampoo and treatment. They are expensive but I think they helped.

Kerestase have a really good line for thinning hair and I’ve also heard about Nioxin. I’m thinking of giving one of the two a go as my hair has been thinning due to stress. Talk to your doctor first as some shampoo treatments can make matters worse if you’re using them for the wrong reasons. Good luck!

Try to use
“Schwarzkopf Osis Plus Dust It 10 g”
This hair dust/powder is as good as “teasing” your hair, and it helps
It creates volume

I have thinning hair too and really bad hair fall. I have been taking biotin capsules lately and I think it has been helping to stop the hair fall. I have recently started using the aveda Invati range and just hoping to see some improvement,
I would definitely recommend the loreal serioxyl hair serum , I was part of the trial and I really think it helped to give volume to my hair. I would definitely repurchase after I have finished using my Invati.
The other thing which helps is massaging my hair with some warm oil weekly. I use coconut oil, the massaging stimulates the scalp and encourages hair growth. I have noticed my hair increasing in length since I have started the massaging technique. -

Don’t worry you are not the only one who suffers this problem. Many of girls have thinny hair, not only the oiling can reduce hair damaging problem you must take proper nutrients and food that have vitamins for growing hair. One should add green vegetables, milk product and proper oil you need in your food. You can switch to hot oil massage instead of normal oil massage and i think the olive oil, caster oil and coconut oil for hair is the best option for hair growth, you can also take some natural hair mask which you can made at home like egg mask.If problem is major you should consult your doctor he/she will advice you better to take other vitamin capsules.Hope this can help you and get cure from this hair thinning problem good luck.

Hi I also face the same problem of hair thinning and falling, consulted a doctor and everything is normal in the blood tests and he thinks stress can be the cause.
I would also suggest to have a word with the doctor about the problem.
Other personal experience i would like to share is that I tried Blackmores hair nail and skin vitamin supplements. they were good and did help scalp hair a bit but lead to overgrowth of the body hair and I had to wax more often than usual and so I switched the brand and tried Natures which also lead to the same situation.
Now I am using egg white hair mask every week and SLS, paraben, silicone free shampoo and conditioner products which has reduced hair fall.
