Recommendations for Night cream

Hi ladies

I have been wanting to start using night cream for my routine since ages. However,I have been abit reluctant due to super sensitive skin with massive t-zone especially my nose. I am looking for something light and non greasy.

I have tried the Sukin one which I felt was heavy on my skin.

Waiting for your suggestion lovelies !

I think I’ll stick to my Monsia Intense Night Repair Cream which contains shea butter. I do add a drop of Vit E oil to my neck and around my eyes before applying the night cream. Neither are greasy and both work well together.

One of my friend was also in search of night cream for sensitive skin then she got suvoderm cream of solvaderm brand, it helped her to reduce the appearance of age spots, dark spots, and acne scars. Give it a try may be it will help you!!

I love rosehip hip oil, sukin and kosmea do great ones and the origins high potency night-a-mins mineral enriched renewal cream oil free. I highly recommend trying them out! They’ve been part of my night skin care regime for 3 years now and my skins been loving it! I got my whole family and friends hooked on it.

I cannot recommend rosehip oil more. I’ve use the trilogy one religiously for years, it’s simply amazing. I have very sensitive skin that has change over the years from oily to dry and rose hip oil has seen me through all my different skin types. I warm a few drops in my palms and press it into my face. If you’re worried about night creams being too thick for your t zone, this is a good place to start. I do tend to layer a night cream over my rosehip oil, especially on my drier areas.

Not really a night cream so to speak but The Body Shop Drops of Youth Bouncy Sleeping Mask is amazing!

I use Clinique Repairwear laser focus serum in the morning and at night after cleansing. I prefer a serum over a night cream.

PC is being nicer than the ipad, it finally allowed me to upload a picture, sorry box is slightly squashed but my little 2yo loves to use everything as a toy

TUD have you tried the Garnier one? Will include a pic of the box, it’s wonderful! I recently did a review of it but normally I hate Garnier stuff but this one is excellent for me, and so cheap! It’s currently on sale in Woolies so it’s even cheaper – I love it! I use dr lewinns night cream but only 3 times a week due to the retinols and use this the other 4 nights, it’s lovely.

Edit to add I can’t aDid the picture this stupid new system wOnt let me and can’t edit on my ipad

your skin type sounds exactly like mine! what works really great for me, which i highly recommend is using the Antipodes brightening serum in combination with the Antipodes facial oil.

yes I do know it’s an oil but when i mix and apply the two together, my skin feels both non greasy and the serum really helps to ‘mattify’ the oil and help it soak in really well.

it’s also an organic brand so there’s a little less worry re strange chemicals…

Did you read the article here on BH? Maybe you don’t need a night cream:
