Napoleon Perdis Love Bite is the best one ive used.Well worth the $25 and lasts for ages.Dior kiss lipgloss (in the tube) is also amazing,pumps the lips up like nothing else,and well worth the extra money.

For lip plumpers I like the sounds of the abeeco brand, it might be on my xmas list this year.

Sally Hansen make a good one! The name has worn off mine but it`s in a rectangular clear tube with a gold lid. I got mine at Priceline about a year ago.

I would be very cautious about using such a product. I would be concerned that fattening your lips and then as the product wears off shrinking back to normal that the long term effects of this expanding and contracting of the lip area could result, over a long period of time, in increasing lines and wrinkles. I have sever allergic reactions to some chemicals found in cosmetics and I would love to know what side effects could occur if the this product was used on a regular basis. I would also like to know what happens as the product wears off. Are the chemicals absorbed into the wears body? Sorry to be alarmist, just points that I think should be considered.

I came on here to recommend a brand called Naked Kiss that used to be available in Priceline and any serum with Maxi-Lip. Friends of mine have also recommended lip products by Skinn available at tvsn.com.au
However, I found myself very moved by the exchange between Pretty Product Princess and Flutter. Powerful stuff, amazing women and a reminder that these forums are so much more than girls just chatting about makeup, it is also women sharing and supporting each other.

I use EnvyDerm. It doesn`t sting that`s why I love it a lot. It`s more than $15 though.

i don`t know a lip plumper for under $15 but Fusion Beauty LipFusion XL is a fantastic product. i got mine from strawberry net for $55 and find it`s the only one that genuinely works for me. apply it at night time and the next day it gives u a temporary effect that lasts for a couple of hours. most other lip plumpers just plump my lips for an hour or so then i have to reapply again. the lipfusion xl also keeps my lips nicely hydrated during the day
